"The food was good, even if the sushi rice was on the mushy side. The service was great, very accommodating and attentive. The sushi chef was somewhat forgetful and did not have a good system to track who has been served what since there's no timed seating and there are 3 different menu sets. He was visibly frazzled trying to keep count a couple of people complained that they did not get all the pieces (in each case he was apologetic and more that made up for what was missing. He was also somewhat messy, with rice and ginger flying all over whenever he flicks his hands, and can all see bits of fish stuck to his big note book (where he unsuccessfully keeps track of orders."
