This is an easy detail to get right but is a testament to the all around lack of care with the rooms. Carpeted room with what seems to be bleach spots or stains, blinds dirty broken They no longer have a contract with the nearby YMCA gym for guests, and mentioned this as being a more recent change Given these issues I was able to change rooms for an upcharge. The upgraded room had quieter AC, functional blinds, cleaner carpets. For the base room rate I expect better. The rooms look much bigger and way nicer in the pictures. This is probably a good event space and a relatively good restaurant but certainly not a good Inn in my opinion."
