"This is my Mikes. I used to order takeout at least once a week. It 's close to the office, I can order online and get it quick...until about a month ago when fountain drinks disappeared from the app for this location. They still serve them, I stopped by to verify and let the staff know about the discrepancy, but the app is still the same.This may seem minor, but convenience is a large part of the reason I was a regular. If I can 't order what I want, then I go somewhere else. It 's pretty basic commerce.I guess it 's a good thing there is a Charley 's close by."

"Jersey mike's is always a great place to get a good, fresh sub! The only complaint I have about this location is that it seems their oven is turned up too high. I got a sub on rosemary bread today, and it was almost hard as a rock on the outside and looked overdone. It was very tough and chewy while trying to eat the sub. At other locations the bread doesn't look this dark brown. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future. Otherwise the sub would have been fantastic."

"I made sure to let her know how much I appreciated her customer service, and I could tell she would do everything she could to make it right in the future. She even offered me something else for free, but I won’t go into details about that as I’m not looking to promote freebies. "Great, Boardwalk-style Subs!. I love these subs. These are what I call boardwalk subs or heroes . These are not what Pittsburghers traditionally call a sub . But don 't let that keep you from trying them. All of the meats and cheeses are sliced to order right in front of you while they make your sub. Very fresh. Yes, they are a dollar or two more than you might expect, but the quality is worth the extra expense. I usually always order the Original Italian . And, when they ask what toppings you want, just say, make it Mike 's Way . That 's all you need to say. I don 't think you taste these subs they way they 're intended if you don 't have them make it Mike 's Way . I wish this was closer to my home ... I 'd get them more often. But when I 'm out in the Water Dam neighborhood, I always drop in."

"Watched the fry cook open the back freezer, grab raw chicken, put the chicken on the grill, throw away the paper, push the garbage down, flip the chicken then hold the utensils by the cooking edge, put the meat on the sub picking up the meat that fell off the sub and putting it back on the sub all without changing his gloves once. He still had the same gloves on from the subs before so who knows how long he's had them on or what else he touched. Im not eating this. Cold subs were good tho."

"I great place to stop by and grab something quick to eat. This is a establishment built on simple deli sandwiches and wraps which are recommended called 'Mike 's Way ' which consists of toppings with onions lettuce tomato red wine vinegar and oil and saw they do have black pepper which is optional. In addition there are a array of toppings which include banana peppers jalapenos Jersey Mike 's on Cherry pepper relish and of course mayonnaise. They make their prized roast beef in house and it is flavorful and moist. My favorite Jersey Mike 's subs are the Club Sub which includes boiled domestic ham, white turkey breast and provolone/swiss cheese on any role of your choice. And my other favorite is the Club Sub Supreme which is a spinoff on the Club Sub and it includes Roast beef, white turkey breast provolone/swiss cheese. You can also inquire about other cheese that they provide which include pepper Jack and American cheese. You may find that different locations have additional cheeses and or toppings such as cheese whiz or a avocado. But this location does not have many to choose from but still inquire. They also serve hot subs such as their grilled groovin which is one of my absolute favorites that includes good grilled pastrami with sauerkraut and melted Swiss cheese topped with thousand island dressing. Also to add my second favorite is there bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak which is pretty awesome who doesn 't love bacon cheese and ranch put together their Chipotle cheesesteak is it pretty bad either so try one of those out during your next visit to Jersey Mike 's Subs. I have took some pictures during my past visits so I hope this interest you into this location."

"I have to say first the gentleman that owns this restaurant chain in Covington, Maple Valley, Enumclaw, Bonney Lake is phenomenal. He does an amazing job. These are the only places I will go to get Jersey Mike’s. I ordered online and it took me forever to get to Jersey Mikes due to the fact that my son‘s food at McDonald’s took over 45 minutes and they still hadn’t brought it out to us and we went through the drive-through and put in through the McDonald’s app I received a phone call from a gentleman that worked at Jersey Mike’s, he was so polite, so caring, even when I was so frustrated And sad that my sandwich was gonna be squishy He offered to remake it and he felt so bad that I had to wait that long that is not right, we were able to finally get there 10 minutes later. I had a fresh sandwich and it was beyond delicious and it made my day. I don’t know who the gentleman was but he was so polite. He made my day better."

"Great subs always really good subs. Overall the restaurant is clean and for the most part the staff is friendly and patient, however it gets a bit chaotic with so many people behind the counter doing so many things and subs/orders get mixed up. "The pizza here is truly delicious, and the sweet sauce is fantastic. However, I would only recommend getting their pizza if you’re prepared to feel unwell the next day, or if you're interested in hearing employees share personal stories about their fathers kidnapping them during childhood. Unfortunately, after three consecutive orders, I've experienced food poisoning each time. It's clear that there may be issues with sanitation, as this pattern is concerning. I can no longer support this establishment."
