The subs here are excellent, and the portion sizes are generous, contrary to what was mentioned in a previous review.

The Big #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak Bowl was a disappointment and not worth the money. There was barely any food for the price.

Extremely slow service. Not like it used to be. Never waited long in line before. Was not offered to gain points or use points either. Crew appeared frustrated with a large crowd waiting for service.

The first words that came to mind when I tasted the Chipotle Cheese Steak were sublime, savory, and succulent. Each bite brought me sheer bliss, like a wave of warmth wrapping around me. It was reminiscent of snuggling into a cozy bed on a chilly night; this meal truly felt like home. View menu

the first and last time I will ever go to the jersey mikes on washington rd mcmurray. andrew was very rude, ignorant and very little customer service. bad professionalism when they badly mouth a customer who was standing on the phone in front of a customer there personally. the manager should discuss correct customer interactions. I'll never go back. to add to the terrible customer interaction, the two subs made in the “back” were wrong when I came home! Even after I had asked that the Condiments were correct. wrong! this first time customer is a last time customer!

I haven't come here for more than a year because custom sandwiches that have not been properly finished to order. I obviously haven't waited long enough as it happened again! no more for me! I ordered 2 big kuhunas, one on weeping with salat and tomaten for my wife added, it was served with no wobble at all,Extra cheese and no mushrooms. my was ordered without mushrooms, no boiled bevel and additional cheese, raw bevel. it was served with mushrooms and boiled wobbles, I almost vomit when I felt sick in mushrooms as I hate them with a passion. I'm done with jersey chicks!

Great, Boardwalk-style Subs!. I love these subs. These are what I call boardwalk subs or heroes . These are not what Pittsburghers traditionally call a sub . But don 't let that keep you from trying them. All of the meats and cheeses are sliced to order right in front of you while they make your sub. Very fresh. Yes, they are a dollar or two more than you might expect, but the quality is worth the extra expense. I usually always order the Original Italian . And, when they ask what toppings you want, just say, make it Mike 's Way . That 's all you need to say.
