"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: This was a terrible experience all around. My order was over $60 to include a ?convenience fee?. Somehow my order for delivery was ?confused? for a pick up order despite tracking showing have been delivered at my address. I called to clarify, but got nowhere with the clerk. I then traveled to the restaurant and asked for my order, the kid working behind the counter acknowledged me being there, but didn?t think he should hand me my order that had been sitting on the rack for over 45 minutes at this point. If I could rate my experience a ZERO I would have. I make it a point to support local businesses, but I?ll be taking my my hard-earned money elsewhere."
