"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: This was a terrible experience all around. My order was over $60 to include a ?convenience fee?. Somehow my order for delivery was ?confused? for a pick up order despite tracking showing have been delivered at my address. I called to clarify, but got nowhere with the clerk. I then traveled to the restaurant and asked for my order, the kid working behind the counter acknowledged me being there, but didn?t think he should hand me my order that had been sitting on the rack for over 45 minutes at this point. If I could rate my experience a ZERO I would have. I make it a point to support local businesses, but I?ll be taking my my hard-earned money elsewhere."

Yes!!! I thought Niki?s had gone away! They were in Dobie when I was going to school. They?ve moved but when you walk inside, it?s like you stepped back into 1979 lol I LOVE it!

Niki's is a solid choice. The food is great, and their calzones are delicious too. It's located near some New York-style pizza places, but I’m not comparing it to authentic NYC pizza. Feel free to check out my other reviews for more insights.

Niki's Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants around here that provides an excellent choice of foods. They serve one of the best Margherita pizza I've had, as well as the Philly cheese steak hot sub and recently I got addicted to their Baked Ziti withSausage which is excellent.

Bought by the slice so they basically just warm up a piece from what they have in the window. Pizza was warm but the cheese stayed pretty solid and grease just pooled on top. Wouldn't recommend by the slice. The rest of the food we saw coming out of the kitchen looked decent may give it another shot. View menu

We're visiting Austin for the weekend and wanted to try a local pizza place. Niki's didn't disappoint. Everything from the marinara down to the crust tasted fresh and homemade. Pricing was great too for what we got, an XL Sausage Pepperoni, a large Barbecue Chicken pizza, and a side of cheesy garlic bread for a total of $35. This is some of the best pizza we've had in a long time.
