"This is the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever visited, and I’m a huge fan of Indian cuisine. Every dish is perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. The lunch buffet includes a delightful chai tea, and they even serve lamb and the chef's specialty dessert, which resembles sweet spiced carrot coleslaw. Chef Drona, the owner, comes out to chat with us during every meal, checking in on our enjoyment of the food and sharing insights about his recipes, cooking processes, ingredient sourcing (most spices are imported from India, and he grows mint in his own garden), and his perspectives on various topics. He’s a truly great guy. Last night, I ordered a Makhani at medium spice, but it turned out to be quite spicy. The owner took it upon himself to make it right and brought me a new dish. The Sheek Kabob was fantastic, and they also grind the lamb in-house. I’ve dined in more expensive Indian restaurants, but none have matched the quality of food here. At the back of their flyer, there are some coupons (available as you walk in), and they occasionally have Groupons as well. Even if you need a deal to visit, this place is worth every penny! It’s simply the best!"
