"Honestly I only ever get the bingsu, the mango and strawberry (twice) to be specific but I definitely don't think it's worth the service. I'd rather get the shaved ice cream from Grace street which is right there and it's cheaper, which by the way I hate how they don't have the price on the menu. The waitress looks as if they have an attitude all the time and every time I went. We barely get a few minutes to settle down and already asking what we want. I don't know if it's the waitress but they are always changing the rules on dining in. First you had to buy drinks to dine in. Then everyone has to buy something to dine in. Let's just say it's all over the place. One time we asked if we can go upstairs to dine but they said it was for groups only which I get sure why not but then the next few customer who were only a pair were able to dine upstairs. Honestly if I can not tip anything I wouldn't have at least not for this service. They really need better workers if they already going include 18% tip. Would I go again? NO THANK YOU!"

"Y?all.. I was sooo disappointed in every way. I was fooled by the good reviews.. finally thought I was going to find some good Chinese food here in Florida. I got the sesame chicken and like every other place, never taste fresh or real. I?m a very hard critic of decent Chinese being that I?m used to Chinese food from up north, nothing here ever compares. No real plum sauce to go along with egg roll either, just packets of whatever plain sauce it is? No bueno."

"My order arrived quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. The brown sugar latte is fantastic; I've ordered it countless times. The orange slushy was also impressive—it had just the right amount of ice, so it maintained a perfect consistency all the way to the last sip. I highly recommend the Bourbon Chicken and the Crab Rangoon as well; both are excellent choices. Everything keeps me coming back every few weeks!"

"Ok, so this was the most chaotic customer service experience I have had in many years. ABSOLUTE CHAOS! The establishment itself is a mess with boxes and weird stuff stacked everywhere. There 's no clear ordering process visible. People kinda just yell at you and then don 't understand what you 'd like in the same. There 's no help and the staff assumes you know what you want. The experience was just bazar. For example, I said I wanted a 4oz cream cheese with my bagels and the lady just pointed in the air and walked off. Evidently you get the cream cheese from a fridge behind this odd table barricade that is labeled pick up orders . The fridges don 't look like public access. The bagels and cream cheese are good but there are many other places that value customers that I 'd chose to give my business to. My suggestion is that they should stop acting like they aren 't just across the street from Noah 's bagels and many other bagel spots in the vicinity. If they are going to make above and beyond profits, they are going to have to do better. It 's just another bagel place."

"Been here about 5 times and they always disappoint. I'm done giving the chances. They always mess up your order. One time the party ordered food and they forgot my friends food and tried to make him a plate last minute while everyone was eating. The consistency of the food taste is not always the same either. The lollipop chicken was different between when I first went and then when I went again months later. Sometimes the food comes out cold smh. Even when you aren't busy the wait is a while for the food and they always mess up what you order. Save yourself time and money. But hey if you like mediocre, cold, late, inconsistent food, incorrect food then by all means this is your spot. I never write reviews but I was compelled to do it. Also terrible terrible service!"

"visited harvard med student and decided to eat here with family and friends. the place is okay. eating is excellent, however. service was great. we ordered two different plates. lamb goat, huh and fish was so good tasted. if they are only looking after delicious food and reasonable price and are willing to forgive others, then I recommend trying to get this place. from NYC/long island to come here was initially little restless, but the first bit dissolved it."

"I really enjoyed the soup! I think you only get half a beef dumpling in the broth of the Combination Pho, but there was still plenty of noodles and meat. Both soups were delicious. The dumplings were decent, but I probably won’t order them again since the texture didn’t quite sit right with me."

"I absolutely loved the appearance of the Matcha Latte with Strawberry Popping Boba, and both drinks (the Matcha Latte and the Dirty Milk Boba) were incredible! The cute label on my drink, complete with a smiley face and a message to enjoy, was a nice touch. And the little heart-shaped stopper on the lid? Just adorable! This place is so charming, and I can't get enough of it. I would definitely give it a 10/10 recommendation—go check them out!"

"The coffee is very good and their pastries are great too! I had a hazelnut latte and a strawberry short cake. The cake was soft and airy. The sweetness is just the right amount in both the items. They have piece cakes, cheesecakes and macaroons as well. They have a great seating area to sit and work. They don't have street parking in front of the cafe. But the parking on the adjacent streets was pretty empty."

"Parking is only available on the street. We visited for lunch, and the restaurant was surprisingly empty. The rolls were decent but not remarkable; they were acceptable for the price. However, the boba drink was far too sweet, even at 25% sugar. It mainly tasted like sugar with boba, lacking any real black tea flavor. The service was average, and the food was served cold, including the teriyaki bowl, which didn't seem fresh. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and will likely skip it in the future."

"Since being a chef, I'm able to seperate my own likings from the over taste of a product.This place gets 5 stars all the way around.Very kind service, clean, upkept and sanitary. Very cute decor. Tvs for a bit more entertainment. I ordered a ramen Kongdog with fries. The meal was flavorful and perfectly executed! Ramen was crunchy, the cheese had a nice pull, and the lower all beef hotdogs was flavorful and not bland, asive tried other establishments. The fries were fresh cooked. There's also music playing. The place simply was not my preference of food, I tried it, it was made perfectly, but I won't be back. This doesn't take away from the product though. Maybe I just don't like corn dogs. I tried something new anyways and am glad!!!! Most try, a place to sit, talk and lax!Kid-friendliness: Corndogs and fries, what more can a child be happy with?"

"I ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash yesterday and was really disappointed with my experience. I suspect I may have had food poisoning. I used to order from here frequently, but this time was unacceptable. As soon as I took a bite of my bowl, I knew something was wrong; it tasted like it had come from the trash and been left out for a long time before being reheated. On top of that, they forgot to include the pork dumplings I ordered, and I still haven’t received a refund. It was a rough night; I almost had to go to urgent care because of the pain, but after I finally threw everything up, I felt some relief. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again."
