"A friend and I would purchase medium shakes after every workout, we would get larger straws from the young ladies that worked there, for months, we spent over a hundred a week there, until one day guy comes in claims to be the owner, not sure , but he told us he didn't have larger straws, so we pointed the straws out right behind his head, so now that we caught him in a lie we no longer can get bigger straws because of his cost,.. ok well you save on your few cents by not allowing us to use better straws to fully enjoy our shakes, and we will keep our money in our pockets.. when arrogance turns to stupidity"
