"Cake buyers beware. Please make sure you check you cake before you take it home even if your in a rush. I unfortunately made that mistake. But want people to be aware of this location. I've bought cakes at other locations and never had this issue. I was offered a refund but only if I go in person. I unfortunately live out of the way. I would go but honestly the damage is done. The birthday was ruined slightly for the birthday girl. She was looking forward to eating the Opera cake and instead got an ube cake that she wasn't able to eat due to her allergies."

I like going to this 85. The employees are very nice and it seems like they make their coffee better than the other 85's I've been too.

There are many interesting breads and rolls to try at this interesting bakery, along with a few chilled desserts and drinks. The milk tea bun was a favorite. View menu

The Vietnamese coffee was mostly ice, with just a tiny bit of coffee. I hardly had a chance to enjoy it before it was gone—almost before I even left the parking lot! I really wanted a refund.

I had a disappointing experience at the counter. One of the girls was quite rude; I didn’t catch her name. She ignored customers and didn’t offer any assistance. I purchased a small cake and asked for a candle and a "Happy Birthday" sign, but she told me that those weren't included. When I inquired if I could buy them, another girl stepped in and informed her that they were actually included and offered to help me.

"I have dined at this restaurant numerous times over the years, and each visit has been enjoyable. The staff is kind and attentive, the food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is laid-back. My family and I typically come here to celebrate special occasions, but I always find it a delight to eat here. The menu offers plenty of options, along with seasonal specials. Some of my favorites include the fish from the grill menu, lobster rolls, oysters, appetizers, and house drinks. I love pairing my grilled fish entrees with sautéed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and corn as side dishes. You can have any fish from the menu grilled or blackened to your preference. For drinks, I’ve enjoyed the house specials, draft beers, a variety of spirits, wines, and mocktails. Recently, I ordered the Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, Dark and Stormy, and some cold beers. The mocktails are also fantastic, featuring fresh ingredients like in the Berry Smash and The Spa; they’re all refreshing choices. My family highly recommends the key lime pie and butter cake for dessert—both were incredible. The key lime pie was sweet with a pleasant tang, while the butter cake was tasty and spongy. Even the kids in our group were thrilled with their selections from the fun kids’ menu, which included chicken tenders, fried shrimp, fish and chips, and more, along with activities, crayons, and temporary tattoos, ensuring an enjoyable experience for the entire family. One of the best aspects of this restaurant is its spacious indoor and patio dining areas, which can easily accommodate parties of any size, making it perfect for any occasion. The decor strikes a nice balance between rustic and modern. Additionally, there’s a fully stocked bar in the center of the dining area with some TVs for watching sports. Overall, this is a top-notch restaurant, and I look forward to enjoying many more meals here."

"We wanted to try Zov's Bistro and found this restaurant next to it and packed of people. I smelled all the delicious food and was surprised that yelp never recommended this restaurant in Tustin. We ended up changing our mind to give it a try since I have never tried Malaysia cuisine and love trying something new. We ordered calamari, crab rangoon, and a cup of hot and sour soup as appetizers. It was the best fried calamari we ever had, super flavorful and crispy good quality calamari. It was not over breaded or double fried like a lot of fried calamari from other restaurants. Also the best fresh hot and sour soup I have ever had, the peppers the egg and the vinegar just exactly the right portion. The rangoons were basic with fake crab, but a good portion at a great price. For entrees, we ordered Beef Rendang and the seafood clay pot curry with coconut rice chiken rice. You can choose normal steam rice, brown rice, coconut rice and chicken rice. OMG, the coconut rice is like a dessert, smell delicious and it is such a great taste. Seafood clay pot is sooooooo good with fish, scallop, tofu, bunch of veggies and eggplant all in a spicy and savory broth. The beef rendang is soft, flavorful, and great quality. The curry spices used perfectly complimented the meat without overpowering it. It you want to try extremely good Malaysia food!! Definitely give this place a try."
