"I was on my way to a movie on a Tuesday evening and this place caught my eye right at the Cinemark entrance while I walk in from the parking lot. I ordered the KitKat candy with vanilla ice cream and my wife got a Brown Sugar Milk. Both of them were good but however I felt this place was too expensive compared to a regular ice-cream shop as I paid $16 for my order. So, I pulled out a couple of stars for their pricing."

"I ordered it for Thanksgiving. this strawberry and blueberry cake is so sweet! love it. also taste so delicious. the cream is neither fat nor too sweet. it fits me so much! American style cakes are kind of too sweet for me. I ordered the special cake by contacting the load owner. she sent me a lot of different cake photos and I choose this one. there are so many different cakes to choose what is great. this cake cost me only $37, and I and my bf take two days to finish it. I come back for other important days!"

"Kung Fu Tea is a bubble tea chain that I 've seen in many different towns. It 's by far the one I 've seen the most locations of. That always would somewhat frustrate me as a bubble tea fanatic because I just could not find a drink on their menu that grabbed me like my favorite drinks at my regular bubble tea shops. Heck, one of the locations where I 'm from even has a drive through. How nice would that be as a bubble tea fan? Things finally changed on this visit to San Marcos. It turns out that I love their Oreo slush. They describe it as an icy blend of Hershey 's chocolate syrup, milk, vanilla syrup, and crushed Oreos . Yes please and expect me to get one anytime I am near a Kung Fu Tea."

"The tea was great! The downside is the boba. The boba is consistently tough and tastes worse than any other boba chain in the area. We got honey green tea w/ boba and a peach mango slushie with lychee jelly. The honey green tea was amazing, not way over sweetened (like most places do it), but again the boba actively made me enjoy the drink less. The slushy was great, the lychee jelly tasted good and had a fine texture. "Vivi Edison is located in the strip mall with a checkered roof across from the Dunkin on Route 27, and shares a parking lot with a dentist, an eye doctor, and several other Chinese-owned businesses. The interior is a straightforward square, with some small tables and chairs along one wall and a bar-height counter and stools along the opposite wall facing the parking lot. The decor includes photos of best-selling drinks and art of the Vivi mascot. The place seems more like a grab-and-go joint rather than somewhere you would linger with a laptop or with a date. The inside gets real humid if the AC is off. I like the wooden ceiling. My experience at this Vivi is based solely on a Doordash pickup, but it was a positive one. My order was ready when I arrived, and the sole employee behind the counter gave me my drink right away before helping another customer who was intent on distracting her with photos of his daughter. I'm guessing he was a regular. She did her best to appear interested before resuming her duties in the kitchen. I picked out an individually wrapped straw from one of the three baskets by the counter and took a few sips of my Jasmine milk tea before leaving: my Jasmine milk tea had a distinct Jasmine flavor, and the ice and sweetness levels matched what I ordered."

"I actually run into this place by accident I had to try some bubble tea! It's such a beautiful spot, if I was alone I would have stayed little longer. But my son was tired we had a long commute coming back home. Because they were busy, we had to wait for our order took the chance for some pictures Ofcource..!Altho when I walked inside it took me back to the Flushing tea place, they could have chosen a different color to give that authenticity! But it's ok, it's very cute ! As long as the drinks service is great nothing else matters much!Service was great, I got the coffee milk bubble tea, my son got the Oreo bubble tea . Bothe were very good ! In a hot summer day how refreshing! If you near that area one day definitely need to stop by!"

"They have great Boba tea here. However walking in as a first time customer or returning customer who hasn't been there in years, it's alot. Their menu is over whelming. Like 1,000 different style Boba teas. The staff doesn't do well explaining it and you can't help but feel rushed with people behind you. I made the mistake of just ordering quickly ...a 9 Boba mistake. It wasn't sweet like I wanted it and I asked for red beans because the pictures on the wall made it look good. Instead they just blended the red beans in the drink...made it taste like chunky salty pulp coming up the straw. I waited in line again to give a thoughtful order...I even grabbed some macaroons....very for a tiny cookie. I had been her years ago and I think this place is great for once and a while splurge. Looks like they serve noodle bowls for lunch now too..."

"Very solid stuff! We came here on Halloween and they were offering a 50% off coupon for anyone who came in costume! Sadly, we were not dressed up, but we were happy to pay full price for the delicious tea and boba we got! I got the bamboo charcoal latte which was quite pretty. The tea itself was very interesting--in a good way--with a woody, smoky taste, perfect sweetness (I got 25% sugar), and a nice earthiness. For the black sesame boba, I give it 4/5 on taste (great sesame taste) although 2/5 on texture (a little limpish, not quite as ku as the boba at Kung Fu or Gong Cha). My wife got the strawberry milk tea with black sugar boba. The strawberry milk tea was ridiculously strawberry-y...in a good way! The boba was similarly forgettable as the black sesame boba above. Definitely would come back--they have interesting sagos, so I 'd like to try that next!"

"ORDERLychee Tea Fizzy Peach PopSpicy Popcorn ChickenI love the lychee tea and boba here! There's actual lychee in the drink as well as jelly in it! You can taste the lychee in the tea and it tastes pretty light! The boba texture is a good mixture of chewy and soft which is the perfect consistency for me. The popcorn chicken is hands down the best around the DFW area (from at least the places that I have tried). It's crunchy, hot, fresh, seasoned well and the list goes on and on. This is my go-to place close to UTD for popcorn chicken. The crunchiness also stays for a while too! Overall just such good chicken.The Fizzy Peach Pop is definitely well-carbonated and has great peach flavor! I think there was jelly included as well which was chewy and added a fun texture to the drink! I would say it is decently sized compared to other boba places but not too large. "I was so excited about my takeout food that I completely forgot to leave a tip so wanted to support them by writing a good review ASAP! Really appreciate how friendly and pleasant the service was, and how willing they were to answer my menu questions. The bao buns were a good size and wonderfully flavorful, the seafood pho deliciously savory and the bahn mi was the perfect texture and palate combination. "We stopped by ViVi boba tea after we had dinner and before we went shopping for groceries. Everything in one place, So convenient!! It is inside of Jugaso supermarket right on top of the stairs facing the produces and spices. I gave them 5 stars because of the friendliness of the staff and the quality of their boba tea. My siblings and I tried the Matcha slush, taro milk tea, and brown sugar milk tea and they were all delicious. Right level of sugar and ice, good amount of toppings with the milk tea and all freshly made. Parking is plentiful so no complaints there. I would recommend you trying it if you haven't already."

"The boba is very good. I got a brown sugar milk tea with a pistachio mochi donut, and my friend got winter melon tea. We each liked all three items. You have to order from a kiosk; I didn’t see a register and the worker didn’t look at us, just called our name when the order was ready. They have a nice seating area with cute pillows. Some of the areas are a bit industrial or grimy looking, and there was a loud beeping coming from the back that was maybe related to orders coming in. There weren’t example pictures of everything or a case of food, so it was hard to know what snack to get. I got the donut because there was a deal. Overall, I’ve gone a couple times and I’ll go again because the boba is good and it’s a convenient location for me, but I would probably take the drink somewhere else once I have it. I hope to try some of their more unique menu items in the future."
