"The tea was great! The downside is the boba. The boba is consistently tough and tastes worse than any other boba chain in the area. We got honey green tea w/ boba and a peach mango slushie with lychee jelly. The honey green tea was amazing, not way over sweetened (like most places do it), but again the boba actively made me enjoy the drink less. The slushy was great, the lychee jelly tasted good and had a fine texture. The lobby is nice, with a leafy wall for fun pictures and picnic like benches to sit with friends.pros:good sweetness levelgood taste flavorsoffers a variety of toppingscons:boba is bad!only 1 2 workers usually, so it will take a while to get your drink.I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area, but I will not order a drink with boba."

It's decent and tastes good. While it's not one of the top ten restaurants, it’s still a perfectly acceptable option, which isn't a bad thing at all.

Great boba spot at Kent Station. We stopped by after dinner on a Tuesday and ordered a few drinks and all were great. Great ambiance to just hang out and easy parking.

Small, local shop. They do not accept cash, but then charge a fee to use a credit card? I can understand if you don’t want to deal with cash, especially in a somewhat dangerous area, but then to charge a fee for using a card? What do they expect you to pay with?

Expensive and inconsistent quality drinksI get Bobo latte, which sometimes is good other times taste like milk only. Anyway. Gals there aren't friendly either. Their wafle tasted like vinegar and backing soda. Again what's this inconsistentancy? Don't you train workers. Or have recipes that you follow?

Was a boba tea shop can't ask for much more. Drinks are about $6 each with boba costing extra which is about average and expected. They seem very short staffed, one person doing the work of three so expect a long wait. The woman working on her own did a great job but it's not really a job for one person. Management needs to hire more people or at least pay her for doing the work of 3. Was kinda a depressing atmosphere inside because of it, just a bunch of people sitting around waiting for drinks to be made. View menu

It was our first visit to Ding Tea, and we were hoping to grab some boba before closing time. I arrived at 8:25 PM, only to find the door locked, even though it wasn't even 9:00 PM yet. There was a sign that said they would be back in 3-5 minutes, but no one bothered to come to the door and let us know if they were closing early. One of the employees stood at the counter and attempted to communicate with me, but I couldn't understand her because she was wearing a mask. It was frustrating, and I certainly won’t be returning.

I spent around $8 on a drink, and the boba was so sparse that I could easily count the pearls at the bottom—there were only about 20 in my drink! The pricing and service here are really disappointing. How do they expect customers to enjoy boba tea without a straw? This place is simply not worth visiting. If you’re willing to drive for about 10 minutes, I recommend going to Hong Kong Market instead; they offer better boba tea at a lower price. Save your money and avoid this establishment—you'll likely regret spending a single penny here. I honestly can’t understand how a place like this has stayed in business for so long; it really should have closed down ages ago.
