"Looks fine restaurant but I was verbally and physically abused by stronger person then me who was at customer service at 10pm in the night. Next time I go into this place I have to risk with getting beaten by gangster, bouncer looking customer service person. One older guy working saved me from getting beaten . Thanks to him, scary . Everyone visiting should have 911 ready in their phone in case customer service gets angry for no reasons."

"This pizzeria definitely has very good pizza. Almost every ingredient is perfectly made (the others I just don’t). The service is so quick and all of the people there are so very nice. The only complaint I really have is that there is a mirror at the end. It just feels very uncomfortable. But just because I’m not a fan of it doesn’t mean that other people are to, so I will still give this pizzeria a 10/10."

"After enjoying the now-closed Dublin location for many years, we have tried the Danville location several times. The last time my son and his mother went there, my son's chair broke, throwing him to the floor. Nothing was offered by the restaurant to compensate for his pain and humiliation. He was sore for days afterwards. Tonight we tried again during their 20% off happy hour, only to be told that we needed to ask for the ADVERTIZED discount BEFORE we ordered (this is NOT mentioned on the website). My son's pizza was burnt on the bottom, my lasagna was grossly over salted, and we paid full price. They also don't include tax on their pre-computed tips, so you will short the waiter's tip if you believe their math. I wrote on the check that we would not be back."

"we tried amicis during the visit of dirk’s parents and we loved the veggie bake pizza with daiya cheese! the crust gets a little blacker, but we like that. we also had the artichoke panzanella salat (they claim the brot in it was vegan). we ate in this time (the place is beautiful and clean), but they also deliver with the removal determine how much they need to spend to get free delivery. we can not wait to try the next time as they say it is half baked, so they can finish baking home to make sure that it is hot and fresh after delivery. overall we are always thrilled to wear a pizza chain daiya, but what distinguishes amici’s is the oven."

"This review is based on a single experience with takeout. The website was easy to use and the payment process was smooth. Despite inaccurate operating hours on Google, a call confirmed our food order was perfect. Everything was prepared and ready for pickup. The staff was skilled and friendly. The food was definitely better than the large chain restaurants in the area. The crust was very nice and the ingredients were of high quality. The prices may have been a bit on the higher side, but it was still good value for money. The restaurant was very clean and visually appealing. Despite Santa Cruz Ave being partially closed, the pickup process was easy. We will definitely be returning."

"It’s a cozy restaurant upon first impression. The restaurant was decorated with warm yellow lights, and the interior seating gave off an atmosphere of those restaurants around the 80s. The staff that served us was kind and attentive.I’m not a fan of pizza, but I’d say I like their pizza. We ordered a Manhattan Red Clam and Mini Cheese Pizza for kids. The pizza came out with sweet aroma that instantly woke up your appetites. They’re very tasty and flavorful.At the end of the meal, we were given some mint candies ? it was very kind of them! Vegetarian options: They have both vegetarian and vegan dishes. Parking: Limited street parking and nearby public parking lots (all is free after 6pm). Kid-friendliness: They have kid’s high chairs and menu"

"The meatball sub was decent, and the sun roll was just okay. The spinach salad, however, was very hearty with a great balance of ingredients. The minestrone soup was a bit surprising as it didn’t contain any beans and could have used a bit more pasta, but it still had pretty good flavor."

"Like seriously where do I begin. This place is by far my favorite pizza place!! I wish I lived closer. My family and I ordered a couple of different things and shared so we can try it all out and they didn't miss. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza and that was scrumptious! My littles got their spaghetti and meatball kids plate and substituted the noodle for penne. My other kid got the cheese kids pizza and they both loved it! We also ordered their garlic parm bread for starters and it was soooo good! Their ranch is killer too! The service was on point and we were well taken care of. The cleanliness was to my liking. They allowed my pet inside and didn't hassle me about it. They welcomed us happily. The waitress was amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes. We were super pleased with this location and their food. We also tried the location they have in SF and it passed just as this place. I have to say this is a must stop if you find yourself near an Amici's because I've gone to two locations and they didn't miss. We ordered a chicken pesto sandwich to go and that thing was out of this world good! So I assume everything on the menu is good. We ordered 6 different items on the menu and it all passed our standards of presentation, flavor, and taste check. ? Amici's definitely doesn't disappoint. I can't stress this enough you have to try this spot at least once for yourself. I understand we all have different taste buds but this place is worth giving it a shot."

"I placed an online order for delivery at 6:26 PM and called at 7 PM to check on the status. They informed me that it would be picked up for delivery in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I suggested that I could pick it up myself since we live only five minutes away, but they said that wasn't necessary. By 7:50 PM, the food still hadn't arrived, so I spoke with a manager and was left on hold for another 5 minutes. Frustrated and with two hungry toddlers, we decided to go out to eat instead. This restaurant has lost a customer. I've never encountered such poor service and communication. There are plenty of better pizza places nearby, and I personally recommend Bibo's, State of Mind, Pizza Napoletana, Il Fornaio, and Doppio Zero. Save your time and money and go elsewhere."
