"I placed an online order for delivery at 6:26 PM and called at 7 PM to check on the status. They informed me that it would be picked up for delivery in the next 5 to 10 minutes. I suggested that I could pick it up myself since we live only five minutes away, but they said that wasn't necessary. By 7:50 PM, the food still hadn't arrived, so I spoke with a manager and was left on hold for another 5 minutes. Frustrated and with two hungry toddlers, we decided to go out to eat instead. This restaurant has lost a customer. I've never encountered such poor service and communication. There are plenty of better pizza places nearby, and I personally recommend Bibo's, State of Mind, Pizza Napoletana, Il Fornaio, and Doppio Zero. Save your time and money and go elsewhere."

For the price I paid, there should have been more toppings. I also gave the order taker a tip that was 100% undeserved. Not worth coming back.

No indoor seating, mainly used by apartment dwellers for delivery takeout. Food is good, albeit expensive, and staff are unprofessionally operating in a chaotic atmosphere.

I heard good things but I just ate takeout for the first time, got the chicken cesar salad. It tasted like a bagged salad from the grocery store or like the Costco one, not fresh at all.

The pizza is pricey but the service makes it well worth it!! We ordered special pizza for a picnic and asked for double the slices (16 instead of 8) to make it easy for people to hold. They were accommodating, and also helpful when I had issues using my gift card. Will definitely come back!! View menu

The previous location had a wonderful atmosphere, but the new spot is primarily takeout only. I'd recommend ordering for pickup rather than dining in, as the environment isn’t very relaxing for waiting. I believe a takeout pizza place should have some warm slices available as well. On the plus side, they do offer vegetarian options, including vegan cheese.

Looks fine restaurant but I was verbally and physically abused by stronger person then me who was at customer service at 10pm in the night. Next time I go into this place I have to risk with getting beaten by gangster, bouncer looking customer service person. One older guy working saved me from getting beaten . Thanks to him, scary . Everyone visiting should have 911 ready in their phone in case customer service gets angry for no reasons.

"I am aware that there have been changes in food quality due to Covid, but my recent visit to Erics Deli was quite disappointing. I ordered the Total Turkey Feast, which did not live up to its former standards. I used to enjoy this dish once or twice during the holiday season. While there was plenty of turkey and stuffing, there was only a small amount of cranberry and no sauce at all. I also tried the "Texas Jailhouse" Chili, which was not as bean-filled, meaty, or chunky as it used to be. I will give Erics Deli one more chance, but if there is no improvement, I may try to recreate the old style dishes at home."

"the server was very nice. he was too attentive at the beginning and seemed to forget to refill coffee, ice cream, water. the busboy began to delete plates while others had eaten. please train their employees to wait until everyone is done before they delete the table."

"Veggie Garden offers a good selection of Chinese and Korean style vegan dishes, as well as Japanese Tempura. The entree portions are ample. The food is tasty. My favorite dish is the General’s Chicken. The lunch special provides soup, tea and your choice of rice, noodles or a rice/noodle combo. You can choose either white or brown rice. The desserts are very good, my favorite is the Vegan Raspberry Chocolate cake. They also serve beer and warm sake. The room is pleasant, with good quality tables and chairs and if you enjoy listening to smooth jazz and contemporary R&B you will love it here. The people working here are friendly and efficient. The one problem is the parking lot is small and there are other businesses in the mini mall so sometimes it is difficult to find parking. One bonus of eating here is it is located next to two shopping malls and a Whole Foods is across the street, so you can plan to eat lunch here then do your shopping before heading home."

"I recently visited Everest Cuisine to try their dine-in option after being a loyal customer of their tandoori momos for a few years now. As soon as we walked in, we were seated promptly even though the restaurant was full. I was amazed by the variety on their menu, they had a lot of curries that I had never seen before in any other restaurant.We decided to order our favorite tandoori momos, Mango lassi and paneer vindaloo. To our surprise, this was the first time we found a restaurant that served vegetarian vindaloo. Very few restaurants have it, and it was amazing. The server was very sweet, and he helped us with our order.However, the food took longer than we expected, and we had to wait for 35 minutes which was frustrating. Although they did apologize for the delay, it was disappointing. Additionally, the prices at Everest Cuisine were on the higher side compared to other Indian restaurants in the area.To make matters worse, they charged us for lemon, chillies, and onion, which was unusual since no other restaurant we had visited did this. Despite this, the food was delicious, and the service was great.Overall, I would recommend Everest Cuisine to anyone who is willing to splurge on a delicious meal. Just be prepared to wait a little longer than usual and expect some extra charges on your bill."
