"What a disappointment. I was craving some Afghan food and chose this place for a special occasion based on many good reviews. Save yourself the trip because THIS AINT IT! The Service: The server immediately tried to take our order as we were seated but because we weren 't ready, we were left for quite some time before he decided to return to our table. I could be wrong but it definitely appeared that the white customers received more attention than we did. I finally had to request his presence. We decided against appetizers yet somehow were served an appetizer without actually ordering it. I honestly thought it was on the house but it showed up on our bill. The Sanitation: When the appetizer was served, the server took the palm of his dirty hand and wiped something off my empty plate and sat it in front of me to use. Then while we were waiting for our main dish, we started to catch a foul odor of which I am certain was raw sewage. As my stomach was turned, I look to the server and he began spraying air freshener. I inquired about the source of the smell, to which he replied it 's the beef but it 's ok now . I should have left off the strength of this alone but I stayed against my better judgement because of how far we traveled. The Food: I came here with the sole intention of ordering lamp chops but they were out. Go figure. Just my luck... So I opted for my next favorite (Qualibi) and my BF ordered a combo and was told he could substitute his rice for mine. Not only was his rice not substituted, my Qualibi only had one raisin. ONE. I couldn 't even share my dish If I wanted to. How am I going to share one raisin? When I mentioned the presentation, I was told he can go grab some more raisins. No thank you. I then asked to speak to the manager, who I believe could have very well been our server but was denied. To add insult to injury the food didn 't smell or taste right on the first bite so I demanded a comp... and because of that, we were further ignored. I was willing to pay for what we consumed but I guess we were no longer customers in his eyes because. I patiently watched him move between other tables with no concern for ours. When I finally asked the server what the hold up was he said no pay you can just go. And that was that. Please do not patronize this place. The food is nasty. The service is poor and I can pretty much guarantee there are some health violations going on."

"**Atmosphere:** The restaurant has a spacious layout; the left side is devoted to a buffet, while the right side offers ample seating for larger groups. There are tables of varying sizes, making it suitable for everything from intimate dinners for two to bigger gatherings. The interior is bright and clean, complemented by tasteful decor. **A Major Downside:** Unfortunately, the restroom had a terrible odor—a smell that I’ve never encountered in any restaurant before. **Food:** They provide a range of spice levels from mild to extra spicy, so be sure to specify your preference when ordering. 1. The Matar Paneer was exceptional! The gravy was thick and aromatic, really exciting our taste buds. However, even though we requested it to be extra spicy, it didn’t have the heat we expected. 2. The Chicken 65 was disappointing and lacked authenticity. It had a hint of BBQ sauce, and we’ve certainly had better versions of Chicken 65 at other Indian establishments. 3. The Butter Naan may be the best I’ve ever had! It had a paratha-like texture and a delightful flavor from Indian herbs and butter. It was slightly moist rather than crispy, which I appreciated. I do appreciate when restaurants offer complimentary water, and this place did just that. The staff were friendly and courteous, though a few more smiles would enhance the experience! Overall, I’m giving this restaurant a 3-star rating mainly due to the unpleasant restroom experience, which detracted from my overall enjoyment. Nevertheless, I would still recommend visiting, especially for the Matar Paneer."
