"Okay... E3... They 've been on my list since they opened but we just haven 't made time to go. I 'm glad we finally did and can confidently say that, based on my experience last night, this is one of the best steakhouses in Nashville. They have been open since November 2019, just before you know what, and had all the same struggles as everyone else in the service industry, but over the last six months or so they 've been able to make an incredible come back. A couple different GMs, a couple different chefs, etc, etc. That said, the team that is there last night absolutely seems to have their stuff together. We were able to meet several members of the staff and every single one of them was extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Service is obviously the driving factor here and it was, in every way possible, top notch. This is a high end restaurant and the experience, obviously, comes with a higher price tag. That said, there were several things I noticed during service that absolutely elevated the experience and made the cost worth it for us. One was the interaction of the staff with their guests. The section of the restaurant in which we were seated was basically in the middle of the room giving us rhe opportunity to see most of what was going on and from what I could tell everyone was well taken care of. For us personally, our server (Sofia and server assistant (Maria were both engaging and knowledgeable, table side exchanges with both Chef Steven and the sommelier (Dino were professional but friendly, and we also had an opportunity to meet the new GM (Michael who was beyond generous with his time and gave us a quick tour of the restaurant after dinner. There were a few other things like Sofia sharpening our steak knives at the table before presentation and Maria bringing a trolley to the table to box our leftovers that were just nice little extra touches that made the experience better and I personally enjoyed the entire evening. We will definitely return. (Oh... Complimentary valet parking is also available. Not having been, I was a little confused on how to get there, but trust your GPS. It was right and I didn 't listen. "

"Went on a Monday morning (holiday) around 1045am, so it looks like we just missed the morning rush. Had a table available immediately and service was fast (can't judge during peak times). The menu had a wide variety of food (including a separate vegan menu and a lot of gluten-free options). The food was good (had the southwest breakfast wrap, Spanish scramble, and just the two eggs order. We brought a toddler (19-months) and they had a kids menu and high chair, and didn't bat an eye when we walked him around a little when he was sitting too long. Would definitely come here again! "Went to the Groton Station House Restaurant with my wife early on a Saturday. Had a cocktail at the bar, then into the dining room for dinner. Very nice room, lighter woods, not noisy, but energetic. I had the wild mushroom torte as an app, followed with a special (monkfish, with a spicy sauce, with smoked shrimp, and mussels). My wife has the scallops app, then the duck for dinner. She very much enjoyed her meal, scallops were large and nicely cooked, and her duck was perfect. My torte was great, very flavorful. The only critique i would make is rather than having 3 'fingers ' of puff pastry, a square of pastry under and/or over the mushrooms would have improved the look a bit. The monkfish special was spectacular, with the sauce being smokey, spicy (reminding me of some Iberian sauce I 've had in the past (chorico-based) with a nice portion of fish and at least a dozen mussels. Again, the only critique i would have there is to have a separate bowl for the empty shells. We were too full for dessert, maybe next time! Service was excellent! We were not rushed, nor left alone for long stretches. A very enjoyable meal, and we 'll definitely will be back (30 min away by car)."

"The menu on their website promised sushi, but when we arrived, we found out there was no sushi chef available. My sister-in-law and I are gluten-free, and unfortunately, about 80% of the items on their gluten-free menu were crossed out. As a result, our dinners were quite disappointing. They did have a band playing that night, which was enjoyable, but the volume was so loud that we couldn't hear each other, which was frustrating."

"Overall, no terrible experience, I am a food snob due to 30 years in the industry and a Le Cordon Bleu graduate. The first rule in the kitchen is Hot Food Hot Plate our foods and plates were cold. Huge selection of craft beer, nice drink menu. Sakinaki was well done!. Calamari was well cooked, but also cold and served with cocktail sauce, I would expect to serve a little creative sauce with it. Bill was $210 to feed 4 people. A little pricy offered for the simple entrees. We ordered Chicken Picatta (it was baked? Chicken also Florentine? The sauce for both dishes was broken. Fish chips were good. One of our guests ordered cattle tips and an asparagus side for their duck and the tips were also cold. I would like to help the kitchen bring their menu to a higher standard."

"I enjoyed a delightful late afternoon visit during the off season. The beer selection on tap was impressive. We ordered several appetizers to share, and every dish was delicious. We had the Nachos Supreme with chili on the side, Ale House Wings with Thai Chili, cheesesteak spring rolls, and a Margaret "ita" pizza. The draft beers we tried were Kane Head High and Asbury Blonde. I would definitely return!"

"I’ve always liked The Robinson. This time was somewhat different. The food was great like always. Our waitress excellent no doubt. But the live show was horrible!! My sister and I were planning on celebrating New Year’s Eve there, at the restaurant, but it was impossible. During our meal we asked to be moved to another table because of the rattling/loud noise coming from the “live music”. While we were eating were very uncomfortable because of the noise coming from that “live music”. It was very difficult to have a nice conversation. We ended up leaving around 10:30, so our celebration was kind of ruined. Our plan included to have dinner with dessert, no dessert. Also having drinks at the bar after dinner, that didn’t happen either. Don’t get me wrong, we were excited about live music, the band was bad, I’m sorry but it was. On top of all that, our friends who were going to meet us there for drinks and celebrations, called them and asked not to come. We met them some place else. Disappointed"

"I prefer not to go out to eat on a holiday; I find food to be sub-par. My adult children and husband wanted to take me out for my birthday so i suggested brunch. Lexington’s brunch menu looked good and they had good ratings, and available seating, 11:30am. We made a reservation for 7 of us and indicated it was a birthday. When we got there, we noticed the place had just opened and looked very nice inside. We were not welcomed on arrival, no Happy New Year; was asked, “two?” I replied Happy New Year and we have a reservation for 7. We were taken to a table and given menus by a waiter. He was one of only two waiters for the entire restaurant. We ordered coffee and a few of us also ordered a drink. My daughter stirred her cappuccino and there was a leaf of something green in it. She was brought a new one. Being gluten free I ordered an omelette. Unfortunately I could not eat it; it was too too greasy. My son and his girlfriend ordered pancakes and were given “2” pancakes each! Thats not an adult meal! They had to ask for butter which was crumbly and had a funky smell (must’ve been bad). We didn’t stay for dessert, just asked for the check. We were never checked on, never asked how everything was, nor if we needed anything. Very disappointing. The experience confirmed my feelings of not eating out on a holiday!"

"The restaurant offers delicious, well-prepared food and fantastic specialty cocktails. They feature a daily special of grilled seared fish and have a decent-sized menu. The layout of the main dining room could be better. The waitress was helpful and patient, although she was not readily available when we needed the check. Despite this, I would happily return to this restaurant. Parking is limited, with the lot mostly full when we arrived at 5:15pm. The restaurant was not very busy. They were accommodating to our party, providing a high chair for our infant. The manager even allowed the parents to change the baby in the staff room. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with an elevator from the parking level to the main level and event space level."

"We made reservations for our 15th wedding anniversary and we were promptly greeted by a congratulations by the hostess and our waiter. Happy Anniversary was also printed on our menus, which was a nice touch. The food was excellent, from our perfectly cooked steak, which could almost be cut with a fork alone, to the amazing lobster bisque, one of the best we’ve ever had. They also had a nice wine list. The ambiance had a nice, but comfortable feel to it. There was soft music and a good restaurant buzz, but it was still quiet enough to have a nice conversation, which we appreciated. We greatly enjoyed ourselves and the food and would happily go back again."

"Our experience was absolutely terrible from the moment we arrived. First, we had to search for the host, and despite having a party of 20, the tables weren't even ready, even though the restaurant was empty. Our server seemed to forget about us and struggled to answer our questions about the meal options. There was no silverware on the table, and we waited 30 minutes just for champagne glasses and our drinks. A friend ordered coffee, and it arrived cold, while the food we received was also cold. At that point, we were so frustrated that we just decided to eat anyway. Unfortunately, the food was awful—the **** was bad, the waffles were dry, and even the eggs were disappointing. Thankfully, we were all happy to enjoy each other's company, but it was still the worst dining experience of my life. To make matters worse, many of us at the table were servers or hosts ourselves, so we were particularly dismayed by the quality of service. We would never treat our customers that way. We even left a tip, despite the service charge being included, because we understand the challenges of the industry. I hope the server reads this review and learns from it. The restaurant cannot continue to be disorganized and treat its guests as though they don’t matter."

"I booked reservations online and noted that we had a special event which was a birthday. Our server was great, however the host was obnoxious! It appears that they have a hour dining limit, for which we were not aware, it’s noted on table in fine print, when the host came up an abruptly ask us to pay pretty mush ask us to leave. I have no limit, with the time constraints, however let me know when I get their so I can one , eat somewhere else, or two be mineful of the time. Our bill was we weren’t sitting around not ordering. I will not be returning. A host is suppose to make the environment better, this individual who worked on Sunday October is not suited for this type of environment!"

"I absolutely loved the environment of this restaurant!! It was elegantly gorgeous but yet had a casual dining atmosphere to it. I was so indecisive on what to order because everything sounded so delicious, but I ended up getting their Turkey Bolognese and tried the Lemon Shrimp Pasta as well. The food was delicious, and the Lemon Pasta was surprisingly my favorite. Everything came in a timely manner. Pricing was perfect for a restaurant environment as such and the loaction as well. The only thing I do have to say is that after we dined in, we left to walk around the mall, and we started to crave a hot drink (coffee, hot chocolate, etc). Everything was already closing, and I wasn't quite familiar with the area, so we went back to the restaurant to order some hot drinks to go. I got hot chocolate and mexican mocha coffee. For being $7, ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT. I have no idea what the barista/front desk lady did, but whatever she made was notttt a mexican mocha coffee and instead was just a hot drink filled with spices! I wish I was exaggerating, but it wasn't drinkable. She had already left, and we were already tired of waiting, so we just took the loss. I'd definitely come back here again, but be careful about who makes the coffee. It was not worth the money and time. Hot chocolate was just average as well. The food was delicious, but the drinks at the end were a great disappointment for us."
