"Overall, no terrible experience, I am a food snob due to 30 years in the industry and a Le Cordon Bleu graduate. The first rule in the kitchen is Hot Food Hot Plate our foods and plates were cold. Huge selection of craft beer, nice drink menu. Sakinaki was well done!. Calamari was well cooked, but also cold and served with cocktail sauce, I would expect to serve a little creative sauce with it. Bill was $210 to feed 4 people. A little pricy offered for the simple entrees. We ordered Chicken Picatta (it was baked? Chicken also Florentine? The sauce for both dishes was broken. Fish chips were good. One of our guests ordered cattle tips and an asparagus side for their duck and the tips were also cold. I would like to help the kitchen bring their menu to a higher standard."

We were at the Fishbones in Greektown. I was just not impressed by this place for the cost. It was too expensive, the food was good, but nothing special. The waitress was nice. They closed the court for a private party and put us in the bar where it was loud, but we had to pay the same price for fine food. It won't be back. View menu

A wonderful experience! The service was excellent, the food arrived quickly and was very tasty (we got sushi and sashimi). The sashimi pieces were very large (a good thing), but still a bit pricey. Gratuity was added to the bill at 15%. They could make it 18% so we wouldn't have to do math when the bill came. The service was definitely worth the bump in tip.

Great visit to Fishbones. We had a party of four and everyone chose different articles. All apps, main courses and desserts were great. Large textures, flavors and preparation. Thanks to our server, Jessica. She was attentive, but she didn't float. It could easily process our special requests. She did a great job. Also thanks to the hostess who offered us two different seating options and could accommodate us. The band was a bit loud but did a great job with the music. If you like New Orleans style jazz, this is the place to go. We'll be back.
