"Easily one of the best pizzerias on Long Island hands down. The pizza here is absolutely phenomenal. Personal favorites of mine are regular (cheese), pepperoni, regular sicilian, grandma, and margarita. Absolutely delicious. The staff here are so incredibly kind and outgoing and are always so friendly and make you feel at home. Silvio Tom are two of the most genuine and kindest individuals who will treat you like family every time. Plenty of tables to sit and the place has a relaxed environment and very pleasant. "I visited this restaurant twice in the past month to watch the birds and have a late night drink. They offer trivia night, wing night, and happy hour multiple days a week. The restaurant was busy for Sunday football and had a fun atmosphere. There were 7 different teams represented in the bar area. We tried the boneless wings and the regular wings. The boneless wings were okay, but the regular wings were the standout. We ordered a sauce that was half buffalo and half BBQ and it was delicious. The wings were crispy and enjoyable. We initially sat at a table but received no service, so we moved to the bar when two spots opened up and the service there was great. It's a fun spot to watch games with free parking in the back lot and plenty of TVs."

"This was the first time we 've been to Alamo Cafe since August 2021 when we had a 'below par ' experience. The manager invited us back and we were so glad he did. The Fajitas were as good if not better then most restaurants in San Antonio, the tea tasted fresh brewed, and the tortillas and salsa were just as good (if not better) then we remembered. What added to our experience was our server Joey who was attentive and responded to our requests in seconds (not minutes) when he wasn 't a few steps ahead of our requests. The manager stopped by the table to check in just as Joey was receiving a much deserved tip. When we tried to 'recruit ' Joey to come work for our company, the manager said 'He can 't, he 's part of our physical inventory ', grabbed him around the shoulders and quickly ushered him off....LOL! THANK YOU ALAMO CAFE ..... and Joey@ and as you can tell from the foto... we thoroughly enjoyed our food!"

"This is the best pizza I've ever had. My favorite is the margherita slice, and I wish they would offer it by the slice instead of just as a whole pie. However, the Caesar salad was a disappointment; it was too soggy with too much dressing and only included lettuce and chicken. A typical Caesar salad usually has tomatoes, croutons, and cheese. On a brighter note, the grilled chicken was excellent. Despite the salad issue, this is still my favorite pizza place, and the slices are massive!"

"Over the past couple of years, I've been exploring various pizza spots on Staten Island and have sampled at least two dozen since the lockdown. One hidden gem I discovered is Tony's Original Pizza, a charming little shop in Tompkinsville that I stumbled upon while driving home from work. I didn't have high expectations since it’s tucked away behind Victory Boulevard, but I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza is outstanding. I ordered a half mushroom, half cheese pie, and even after a 30-minute drive, it arrived still moist with an amazing crust. Remarkably, the crust retained its moisture and crispness even after reheating in the microwave. The sauce, cheese, and toppings are all incredibly fresh and far from stale. This place is truly exceptional, and I highly recommend it!"

"Wow, their pizza is absolutely amazing! I’m a huge fan of the Margherita. You can really taste the high-quality ingredients. I've never had cheese and sweet tomatoes of this caliber at a typical mom-and-pop pizza place. The amount of cheese is perfect—it has a nice bite to it, unlike most Margheritas that just have a thin layer. The crust is crispy too, even with all the delicious toppings. It’s truly satisfying!"

"The worst food ever. New owner change so much, food is tasteless. Order pasta Alfredo with broccoli and ?chicken? or whatever was that, I didn?t taste it see any in my order. Went to return and got excused from guy that is the way prepared food!! JOKE!!!! They keep reducing portion but rising prices! He charged me $17 for the worst food, will never get anything again from there."

"I recently relocated to the neighborhood and stumbled upon this restaurant after another local spot closed early. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was clean. The walls were adorned with a nice menu display, making it easy to see the options. The food was prepared quickly and packaged nicely. I ordered the Pastrami sandwich and Egg Drop soup. When I got home, my wife mentioned that the sandwich was quite salty. I found the meat to be a bit overwhelming but the bread was fresh, the coleslaw was tasty, and the flavor was impressive. The Egg Drop soup, on the other hand, was delicious with a homemade taste that was full of love and flavor. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some hits and misses."
