"I ordered a large cheese pizza to-go with extra sauce, but they clearly forgot the sauce altogether. Instead, I received a pizza with what looked like splattered, uncooked sauce on top. To add insult to injury, I was overcharged. I made the mistake of tipping before realizing what I was getting into. I was charged $17.00 when they clearly advertise their large cheese pizza for $9.99 all day, every day, and of course, they refused to honor that price.
I called to inquire about the terrible appearance of my pizza and the overcharge. A disrespectful individual named Dean, who I assume is the cook, rudely informed me that they don’t make their pizzas fresh; they prepare them in the morning (which I suspect is a lie and that they are actually frozen) and just add sauce on top later. How disgusting! And as for the overcharge, he claimed it was my fault for not asking them not to do it. THIS IS POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!
I absolutely cannot recommend this place unless you enjoy being scammed and want your pizza to taste like it came from a dumpster. If the pizza had at least been decent, I might have given them a star. The only reason this place is still operating is because of its location. They really should not be in business. Please support other local establishments that actually care about their customers!"
