"I absolutely love the aguachiles here, but the service leaves much to be desired. A couple of weeks ago, my family and I visited and were served by an older woman, though I can’t recall her name. We placed an initial order and decided to take some food home, but she ended up forgetting about half of it. When we nicely asked her if our food was on the way, she responded with a snarky attitude, which really disappointed us. Eventually, we just decided to cancel the entire order. It also felt like she was more focused on a group of men at another table who were drinking. When we called her over, she appeared annoyed and put off. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating."
