Beautiful ladies, good food, relaxing

The seafood at this restaurant is delicious, and I really enjoy the live music they have.

Ambiance at this location is very loud! lol. They usually blair banda music or have an actual banda. So if that doesn't bother you than it's worth stepping into this place. The ceviche here is always fresh. I generally order two them and have with some chips. There Michelada'shere are hands down one the best in phx. I highly recommend getting one.

I absolutely love this place !! The staff is so kind and polite ! Super friendly ! I've been going nonstop with a friend after work for these cucaracha shrimps that are fantastic! I recently just took an order home for my parents who also loved it! I adore this place, the food and staff are by far my favorite! Stop in for a micheladdaaa too because they're fiiiiire!! Thank you again Botannnaaa!!

What happened to this place? It used to be so good... Service sucked-our server was at least nicer than the bartender, food was too salty and the portions have totally gone down. The restaurant looks like it needs to be redone- the seats on the booths are about to rip open. Once the food was brought to us, we weren't even asked if we needed anything else... The worst service EVER!!!!!!! After 1:20 minutes our food was not served. It’s was 2 tostadas and 1 aguachile, like come on!!! We cancelled our food. Everyone that came after us ate and it seemed they just forgot about our order, they are not organized at All!!! Waitress didn’t even seemed to check up on our order, she kept passing by our table and saw that we have not eaten, so to me they just didn’t care!!! Never coming again and not recommending it at all.

I used to love this restaurant for their seafood, but today's service was terrible. I have never felt discriminated against for being a woman before! The waitresses were extremely rude and refused to serve me unless a man was at the table. This behavior is incredibly sad and disrespectful. This was the worst service I have ever received and I will not be returning. Ladies, beware - make sure to bring a man with you or you may not get served. This was truly the worst dining experience of my life.

The mango margarita lacked flavor and was watered down, while the fresota ceviche was fantastic! I was pleasantly surprised by how well fruit paired with seafood. Despite being part of a large party spanning around 10 tables, there were issues with the timing of our food. My daughter was given the wrong plate, causing the kids to wait longer and eat last, as the kitchen was preparing to close. This experience taught me a new dish to make at home, but I would not choose to spend money at a place that was not kid-friendly. The standout vegetarian option was the fresota ceviche. View menu
