"I absolutely love Ralph's Italian Ices! The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and they allow you to sample flavors before you decide to buy. My top picks for sundaes are the apple cobbler and the hot fudge brownie – both are simply DELICIOUS! For my hot fudge brownie sundae, I like to substitute the soft serve for Mississippi mud hard ice cream. I find that hot fudge sundaes taste better with hard ice cream since soft serve tends to melt quickly when you add something hot on top. I also think their ices are far superior to Rita's! My favorite flavors include chocolate chip cheesecake, peanut butter and jelly, and peanut butter cookie dough. Plus, they offer cookie dough sundaes, which are also fantastic! The cake batter and peanut butter cookie dough sundaes are among the absolute best! The variety of options here is endless! I highly recommend Ralph's Italian Ices in Hazlet!"
