"My family and I are regular customers at this bubble tea shop. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit, our 4-year-old son accidentally dropped his tea outside the store and started to cry. My wife went inside to purchase a new one, and the employee kindly offered to replace it for free. However, the manager suddenly appeared and rudely refused the offer, claiming that they couldn't do it since the spillage didn't happen inside the store. We were planning to pay for the replacement, but the manager's behavior was extremely disappointing. As a result, we feel like we may have to consider buying our bubble tea elsewhere from now on.Anyways over priced."
