The overall experience at the restaurant was great, but unfortunately, the cashier was very rude and arrogant.

Lactose intolerant so I specifically asked for almond milk but the employee seemed to not care, unprofessional.

The tea is good, service bad, don?t came at 8:30pm they want to kick us out. They clean and stuff and they take forever to come and take your order View menu

Drinks weren't the greatest but worst of all was the service. Very rude and told us we had to leave at 9:15 when the store doesn't close til 10. Don't come. . I apologize you are correct it was 9:20. The employee working told us to leave becausethey were closing up. She was rude and unfriendly.

The teas are good enough, but the service last time I was here was pretty disappointing. The girl at the counter ignore me and my friends for a while, and when she finally acknowledged us, she wouldn 't even reply a simple hello. She just stood there staring at us like a robot, so we just proceeded to order.

Drinks were not the best but worst of all was the customer service in one of the employees. There was a total of 3 but only one was very rude and told us to leave about 30 mins to closing. Love their drinks a bunch but the last time I went the girl there was sooooo rude. It made me so sad because I work and live nearby and come here often and recommend it to every one. I also work with customers and I'm ultra careful about being nice to people that also work in customer service but she was just mean for no reason. : I'll be going a lot less.

The boba at Gong Cha in Montclair was delicious, but unfortunately, the overall experience was lacking. It was my first time visiting Montclair, and I was excited to try out the popular boba spot with my husband, as we are big boba fans. However, one employee was very short and rude from the beginning. As a respectful customer, I did not appreciate the lack of greeting and the aggressive way the drinks were made. It made us feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. The employees should be trained to have better attitudes towards customers.

The iced green tea is great but the service, like others have mentioned, is terrible.I got my tea and as I was walking to my car when I noticed my drink was leaking. Went back and told them about it. The girl walked to me and brought another cup and all she did was stack the leaking cup on top of a new one. I was like???? It was clearly still leaking just not falling on the floor. I poured the remaining of the drink in the new cup as she walked away and then noticed that it was missing a lot! I asked her if I could just have another drink and she said she couldn’t! If I was anywhere else I’m pretty sure they would’ve apologized and give me a brand new drink! View menu
