"Today, when I entered Emerald City Smoothie in Olympia, WA, I was not greeted. Instead, the male staff member went to watch the Super Bowl preview on TV. I waited behind two customers at the counter before attempting to place my order. The female staff member briefly glanced at me before turning away to wash blender lids. After a few more minutes of waiting, I decided to loudly announce that I was going to Jamba Juice with my son and left. At Jamba Juice, I was promptly greeted and able to place my order."
