"I really like this place it remind me somewhat of the cheesecake factory but in MTL.They don't take reservations for 2 ppl but when we went on a Saturday night we were able to get seated right away ehi h was nice because the place was already full.The place is really loud tho, they have a seating area, bar area and now for summer they have a pretty big patio, we sat inside the seating area it was abit annoying because there was alot of family's with there screaming children that we did not appreciate but the food is always so good here.Our waitress was nice, drinks are really not expensive here, all alcoholic drinks are about 10,50$ which is a very good price.I always get the maui salad when I go there and it's a refreshing and yummy all the time. I love that they mix the dressing in it already. They have some of the best salads here We also tried the spinach dip and it was really good....the only negative thing about the food was that the bread that came with the spinach dip was very hard.This place is perfect for big or small groups. It was mostly big groups celebrating something."

"Excellent from beginning to end. Waitress was extremely pleasant food was incredible. The size of the portion I had never experienced before except if it was a family style place. And the food/sauce was incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection. Ialso was extremely happy that I didn?t have to make a choice between having a salad or pasta since the entree comes with both yea love it! They took care of boxing our leftovers right at our table. Everyone there was extremely pleasant We live a bitaway from the restaurant but you can bet we?ll be going there whenever we can since this now became our #1 Italian Restaurant."

"Simply amazing. The apps to the service to the main meal, this place offers up very large portions perfectly priced for you to nom on. You won't regret trying it. If I loved locally, I'd be here as a regular. We got a volcano roll (the singular rollpictured below), which was served hot and spicy and delicious. In the picture with three rolls we got a Redlands roll (top) wegot a crunchy dragon roll (middle) and fusion roll (bottom) and some close up pics. We also got himachi (yellow tail) 2 piecesushi and tomago (sweet egg) sushi and they were very tasty. The himachi melted in the mouth and was divine. 10/10, wouldrecommend."

"This place is a gift from God! Hear me out. My dog was diagnosed with aggresive cancer and refeuses to eat anything (steak, peanut butter, cheese, etc) BUT he ate the Katsu Chicken. Yes, my husband and I LOVED the food from Ohana Grille, but the fact that out of EVERYTHING in the world, my dog chose to eat this restaurant's food means so much to us. "First visit here and loved it. The staff is so beautiful and knowledgeable about the ingredients in food. The mood here is cool and the place is clean and cute. It is definitely a place where I would come back with friends or dates. The menu is great! There are options for my vegan eaters. I ordered the Kahue gardens and sweet potatoes. I wasn't disappointed at all foods was good and tasty. If you love burgers, this is definitely the place to stop while you are in the area."

"Best place to get a sandwich in the area. Yes, even better than la Madeleine across the street which gives terrible service. Rising Roll takes care of you and has a huge menu of choices for both breakfast and lunch. My favorite is the French Dip sandwich. They're on the Terrace level of the 7000 building, and you can enjoy your sandwich with great outdoor scenery. Even eat out in the middle of the pond via the bridgeway to the island lunch spot.Parking: Parking deck is open to the public but intended for office workers of the 7000 building. There is visitor parking spaces available, and even EV charging via Chargepoint on the 1st level of the parking deck."

"I ordered food for a work event this week. I scheduled the delivery for a half hour before the meeting was supposed to start, but it got pushed forward by an hour. With less than 15 minutes' notice, not only did the staff at Rising Roll have everything ready for me early, but they happily refunded me the delivery fee when I came to get it. The food was amazing and Rising Roll made me look good in front of the CEO of my company. I will be using them to cater my events going forward. "This restaurant might be well-regarded in Mandeville, but my experience in Baton Rouge was disappointing. They promote their roast beef poboy as a longstanding specialty, but it turned out to be the driest sandwich I’ve ever had. The fries and mozzarella sticks were clearly frozen, likely sourced from a low-cost supplier. The service was poor as well; the waitstaff informed us that the large poboy doesn’t come with fries because it’s too big to need them. Really? If you’re paying extra for a larger sandwich and the smaller one includes fries, then why isn’t that true for the large? It just doesn’t make sense. We had to ask multiple times for drink refills. If you're craving a better roast beef sandwich, I'd suggest heading to Arby's instead!"

"My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for ten years, and we've always loved their sandwiches for their great flavor, fresh ingredients, and generous portions. Throughout the years, we’ve seen three different owners, and while the current owner is a nice person, the sandwiches just don’t taste the same anymore. I ordered five different sandwiches for takeout, and they were all thin and disappointing, just like the one in the photo. Sadly, it looks like we’ll have to search for a new sandwich shop."

"Rising rolls baked potatoes are bomb....chives are big and flavorful fresh toppings crispy bacon.....good chicken....and I love love love the manager she is super cool.....I just wish I could catch them when their serving loaded baked potato soup....they put it on the menu but when you call or order it your told they're not serving potato soup today : so sad....that's my only issue......"

"Wow! I'm born and raised in New Orleans and this is by far the best po-boy I've ever had! I appreciate the attention to details. The bread was toasted on one side yet remained soft. It compliments the sandwich in such a way! Excellent!"
