"I wish not giving a star was an option, because this place doesn?t deserve a star. This is my first time coming here and it was the worst experience ever. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with olives, jalapeños, and bell peppers and the ladies in the backthrew the veggies on top raw without cooking them. I asked this guy if my pizza was ready because they were taking out everyoneelse?s order and skipping mines and all he could say is that he did not know. All the employees are a joke and kept laughing."

"We’ve gone from ordering multiple pizzas as often as twice a week to maybe one a year when we’re extremely desperate. For literally years we couldn’t get take and bakes because of supposed shortages of the dishes they’re sold on. Now the prices are even higher but they can’t be bothered to stock tomatoes because they “all went bad last week”. For a $40 pizza I think it’s at least reasonable to expect the ingredients listed on the menu to be on it. Itll be at least another year before we try again and I hope never to have to at this point. The Yreka location took a successful, straight forward franchise and made an absolute mess of it."

"Warm, vibrant, welcoming environment. A place to have a good time. Order at the counter and grab a seat in one of the several distinct and separated seating areas. Even though the place was full of kids having a blast with the games, my DH and i were able to find a quiet spot to sit, eat, and have a conversation.The pizza is on the pricier side, but it 's so worth it, mainly because they offer a salad bar so I can get my DH to eat some veg.The kitchen messed up our order by putting more toppings on it than we paid for, but they caught the 'mistake ' and already started remaking our order before our server came to apologize for the delay. They offered us the 'mistake ' pizza, and shortly after, our original order arrived as well. Now that is excellent service! We would have been fine with just the 'mistake ' pizza, but they didn 't even consider making us 'settle ' for something we didn 't order and now we had food to take home for the kiddos. No food waste here.Vegetarian options: More veggie options than most chain pizza restaurantsKid-friendliness: Birthday party central!Wheelchair accessibility: Wide aisles make for easier movement unless it is crowded with people."

"We have been regular customers at this pizza place for ten years, but unfortunately, the quality of the pizza has become inconsistent over the last couple of years—sometimes it's great, and other times it's barely acceptable. On our last two visits, the pizzas came out undercooked and barely warm. Just the other night, when I placed my order, I specifically requested that the pizzas be cooked properly and served hot, especially since we had to return them during our previous visit. However, both pizzas still needed to be sent back to finish cooking. I suspect the new conveyor belt ovens are the issue. It's disheartening to say that I won't be returning to Round Table. I've been a loyal fan for over 30 years, and it pains me to watch the quality decline."

"We stopped by after a night out of Christmas light sightseeing with our 5 year old grandson and 6 year old nephew, one hour prior to closing time, which we all know can be the worst time . Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was top notch!! Tim was phenomenal along with the rest of the crew including the cook!! They were all friendly, attentive, respectful they all wished us a wonderful evening as we left. These People definitely need recognition for being exceptional!! Thank You for the wonderful experience!"

"Disappointed that my order was stuck in the warmer even though I was there waiting for it to come out of the oven. Guy at the register knew I was waiting, so why??? By the time I got it home (7 mins away) the crust was hard, dried out and pizza old n cold Think they forgot to add the zucchini during cooking because it was still pretty raw. Stopped going here a while back because I didn’t like the customer service and thought I would give them another try. Sorry to say for the price I paid I was not impressed."

"So I went here 3 weeks ago, and just to share my experience I was waiting for next door to become available to get my nails cut down. I decided to go in here and order a salad and a personal Pizza they didn't have a salad and I should say first I waited for like 10 minutes while these two Chinese women went back and forth while I was standing there as a customer and was ignored literally 10 minutes before she started to take my order to only find out they don't sell salad and their service was awful they kept going back and forth the entire time mid taking my order or trying to I ended up leaving after about 12 minutes and there with nothing. Total waste of my time very rude and unprofessional you would never have this experience at a professional establishment. Awful I wouldn't return as much as I love Round Table I would find another one even though this one is only about 2 miles from my house"

"I absolutely adore this restaurant and their pizza! Growing up in Dubai during the 80s and 90s, my dad used to help Round Table Pizza by shipping in equipment through his shipping company. The owner of Round Table would often send home gourmet veggie pizzas for my sister and me, and we just loved them! Unfortunately, when I moved to Canada, there were no Round Table locations that made the same delicious pizza. I was overjoyed to discover the RTP in Bellingham about ten years ago. Now, whenever I visit Bellingham, I give them a call ahead of time, and they always have my pizza ready. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and whether we eat there or take it home for dinner, we always enjoy it thoroughly—complete with leftovers!"

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I placed a pick-up order for 1 large extra-large combination pizza at 3:45 pm on a Sunday 12/29/19. I was told the price and that it would be ready within 30 minutes. I showed up at about 5:00 pm. Nobody knew what happened to my pizza. My order had not even been processed. Other orders before and after mine had been started and completed. The manager never even spoke to me. I asked the overworked girl at the counter if my order could be delivered. (I live about 1.5 miles away). I was told yes but I would still have to pay the $4 delivery fee. Just because I didn't want to wait around for another 30-40 minutes while they made my pizza. I said fine and went home. 90 minutes later, my pizza had still not arrived. I called them at 6:45 to ask where my pizza was. They said it was on its way. An hour later, at 7:45 pm, my pizza had still not arrived. Was the delivery guy walking it over? Was he riding a donkey? I live 1.5 miles away. He could have limped to my place from the restaurant and still taken less than an hour. I called again at 7:45 pm and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I got the feeling that they are dodging my call. The manager still never spoke to me. No apology. No explanation. I understand that they are busy, but they are making pizza's, not semiconductors. It shouldn't take over 4 hours to get a pizza. There are other pizza places nearby, and they will be getting my business from now on. I will NEVER buy from these people EVER again. They have lost my business FOREVER! .Horrible management. Horrible customer service. And I have no idea how the pizza is, because even after 4 hours, IT STILL IS NOT HERE!"

"i’d say the food itself is pretty good. it’s a chain so once you been to one, you know what type of pizza you can expect.Maybe it was my first experience here at this branch, but it seems a bit of a chaos when you first enter. you have people congregating, ordering, kids using the quarter machine etc all up front and you have figure out who’s actually in line.my main issue visiting here was the lack of customer care for to-go orders. when you get to the register and get your receipt, but your pizza is not ready, you’re sorta hanging out with the rest of the crowd standing there since there’s no real good place to stand.You would think because it’s crowded, the people working would get you your pizza as soon as it comes out of the oven to get you going, but no. they all seemed to be all running around, but doesn’t seem to be doing much while your pizza is sitting there getting cold.I strongly recommend once to-go orders are out, have a rep standing there calling customers out so they can get the heck out of there. There’s no real reason to give you an estimated time “ready” when your food is sitting there with no one to take care of because all the workers are Sooo busy(they weren’t)."

"Went in today after church and it was wonderful. The young lady working was ALL by herself. Doing the work of 6 people with 4 tables packed and a birthday party going on. Not only did she nail the service in a timely manner, but she made my pepperoni lovers pizza with light sauce PERFECT. Usually when I ask for extra pepperoni, the cooks always skimp on it. Not her!!! She deserves a raise and a promotion! I wasn't able to get her name, as she was busy, but she was the one working on 2/4/24 at 1:00 pm! Highly recommend going in when she is working because she will do a phenomenal job at your meal also! Dietary restrictions: I did see Gluten Free options. They also have many veggies to add to pizza toppings and a salad bar!Parking: Large parking lot shared by multiple other businesses and restaurants.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid's birthday party going on.Wheelchair accessibility: Not too wheelchair accessible. Only booths, which is fine for me as I can get in and out of my wheelchair with ease. The tables were taken by the Birthday party."

"I'm rating only 3 stars strictly because of the food! We had 2 soft drinks, 2 salads and a large pizza. The pizza was horrible! Undercooked, very little sauce, some slices with none, very minimal toppings. $76 bucks. I don't mind paying when I get what we expect, but this was unacceptable! Sadly it was to-go, so we didn't know until we got home.We will not be back!The employee was pleasant, and apologetic for the extreme wait time (over an hour. We ordered there).The building was nice, but almost every table was full of past patrons dishes. There were only 3 tables with occupants, including ours. The tables remained that way the entire time we were there.Sad, because this used to be our main Pizza place to go to!"
