"Firstly, the menus were outdated. When I asked for the #1 lunch special, the person at the counter told me that "corporate took that away" and that everything is now served à la carte. When I inquired about new menus, he simply said none were available, mentioning it took four months to get the current ones. Quite surprising!
The salad bar had the usual offerings, but the purple cabbage was brown and dry, and the cottage cheese was really sour—actually, very sour. When I brought this to the staff's attention, he just casually replied with an "oh okay" and moved on. I noticed he took two smoke breaks and even had a snack while I was there (and I was the only customer). It seems like that sour cottage cheese will be on the bar for a while.
Additionally, I observed that the floors were very dirty, with food and sticky residue everywhere. It never used to be like this. Overall, I'm very disappointed and likely won't be returning."
