"Impressive. Absolutely wonderful food and service from the moment we went. If there is a better restaurant in Boone, I would like to find it because Mint was wonderful. Aman was our server for this visit. He was so attentive and informative. As far as food is concerned, meat dishes were well seasoned, but not excessive. I ordered the vegetables jalfriezie, 4 out of 5 heat levels. It was some of the most perfect Indian food I've ever eaten. The Naan is obviously fresh. We ordered rosemary and bullet naan. The ball Naan is extremely spicy, so be careful when you order something spicy for your duck. To finish the meal, we had the mango ice cream. Not much to say. If you really want excellent Indian food and great service, go to Mint."
