Andyou can get it with NO SUGAR which is a modern day miracle. Would I feed this to my kids? No. Why not? Because it's importantfor kids food to have their moms love in it. Not their grandma's. "The staff here is very friendly and hardworking! Even though they were overwhelmed with orders, they managed everything with grace. The only downside was that a few items in my order were incorrect or missing. This is not typical for this location, and given how busy they were, I can understand the slip-up. I still highly recommend this place, as they usually get orders right and are consistently friendly and helpful!"

"I mean, you constantly have issues at this place. An I actually just recently got off the phone with corporate. Go in there for 2 cheeseburgers, a kid's meal.And I can't remember what the other meal was they make my cheeseburgers a meal and totally didn't ring up the other ones. I told corporate that better training is a must have. They're putting brand new people in drive through and front counter unsupervised which you're not supposed to do that. I've actually trained people when it comes to working in fast food and you're supposed to train on front counter and not leave then unattended. They are beyond rude when you they mess up your food is over priced garbage we come for the convenience to have it be a inconvenience ???"

"Last year They didnt put 10 piece Mcnugget in the bag. We didn't see it until we were at the drive through. I called and they wanted me to immediately come back but I was already at the drive in. They offered to send me a gift card but it never came. Today my so went to get us food through the drive through. They gave us my wifes drink and fries but no Big Mac. Very disappointed"

"Drive thru only will move one line, so if you get to the speaker and you don't speak Spanish, you have now held up everyone in the line behind you until they decide to come take your order. Watch 3 cars go through the other line that came after me and they still hadnt helped the car in front of me. So I backed out, parked and came inside which was empty minus one table. 10 minutes later still no food but the manager is on the lobby playing on his phone and half the females in the back are standing around having a good ole time. Finally, food comes up, and she practically through the food on the counter and slammed the drink. Fries are luke warm and nuggets are cold."

"Stopped in for fries and a chocolate shake. We joked that the shake machine would likely not be working which has turned into an ongoing joke for McDonald's.And: No shakes. This has turned into such a common problem it is ridiculous. Got the fries and headed east.Those were the worst fries I have ever had anywhere. We threw them away. Tasted like the grease was a couple of years too old.Time for somebody to take over what should be a great location and run it correctly. "I couldn't get my picture to post but it was 22:40 and a hand written sign was on the drive thru speaker saying closed early due to staff shortages.... The parking lot is empty and this is Ellington... I have worked in the restaurant field for over 20 years and I have ran solo with lines out the door. This generation is different I suppose but at least change the hours online so I won't waste my gas or time thinking your open. Franchisee needs to up the game here. I see people inside by the fryers dining room dark but google time says open I'm in. You hear me ask a question at the speaker please don't test my IQ or patience. I understand the issue but respond back why and how long it will be like this so I don't come back again in the future and waste everyone's time.Funny story at the end of the day I came to Wendy's in Vernon and there is only one girl and she was sweet as pie with a line of cars.I guess my order will pay for for her paycheck and I will get real meat Regards"

"I've come here four times every single time has been a negative experience with customer service and with my purchase. First I bought large fries and got home to LITERALLY half a large fry no fallen fries in the bag, just decided to give me half of what I payed for. Second time I bought two Mcchickens with tomato and onion and cheese. They charged me for everything and gave me two PLAIN MCHICKENS NO MAYO NO LETTUCE. Last time when I ordered I told them I need you to make my order right please I've been played by you guys two times already. I ordered two Mc Chickens again and again two regular mcChickens. I stayed at the window to check before I left when I complained and asked to get my order right the worker opened them with the hands he just handled money with and tried to hand them back saying they had onion. But not cheese and tomato. He got mad at ME because they made my order wrong. Today I gave them another shot and this time I took a picture, NO TOMATO NO CHEESE on my McChicken again. And look at this Frap. Almost a quarter of the cup is missing and when I told them they just put more whipped cream. I don't like making a scene but Jesus, every time. I HATE this place this is the absolute worst McDonald's to come to WORST SERVICE ! The manager took my frap and brought it back 45 seconds later untouched, whipped cream melted. And said here I go like she did something to fix the problem. Worst McDonald's ever."

"I visited the restaurant at 1:30 AM on Saturday, and while I was prepared for the usual staff behavior at that hour, I have to give it only one star. Additionally, some staff members have a habit of wearing their pants low and constantly adjusting them, without adhering to basic hygiene practices like washing their hands. They don't wear gloves or wash their hands as needed, which is concerning. While I realize that many of these employees are young, it's the management's responsibility to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and unfortunately, the management seems just as lackadaisical. Given these conditions, I wouldn't be surprised if this McDonald's faces closure due to health and safety violations. If you find yourself at this location, please pay close attention to how your food is being prepared, as these workers clearly lack proper training on hygiene practices. It may sound harsh, but the situation is serious and poses a potential risk for foodborne illnesses."

"I've been a regular at this McDonald's for quite some time and had generally positive experiences—until a young woman started working there. Since then, placing an order has become a challenge, and my overall experience has suffered. She is EXTREMELY rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. It's clear that she lacks motivation. When I asked for her name because I intended to contact corporate, she refused to provide it. However, I later found out her name is "Alli," and she has distinctive pink and purple hair, so she's hard to miss. To my surprise, she even told me that I was no longer welcome at this McDonald's for no apparent reason. She definitely needs some serious customer service training—this has been the worst experience I've had. I truly believe this McDonald's could flourish without her presence. On a positive note, there are several wonderful staff members who excel in customer relations. One standout is a manager named Mikka, who is absolutely fantastic!"
