"The food was okay nothing to write home about but not bad either. All I got was a quarter pounder with cheese and a small fry but the reason I won't give a five-star is because I was the only car in the drive-thru at that time and there was not a carbehind me but they had me pull up. I found that very odd. I know drive-thru times are important but if I'm the only customer youhave there's no reason I should have to pull up. I would like to say that there was nothing wrong with the burger but the frieskind of tasted like they had been sitting around for a little bit. Again... The food wasn't the issue I just didn't like beingpulled up and I was the only car."

"I wish I could give zero stars. I visited this McDonald's location about an hour ago and was immediately put off by the cashiers' attitudes, which is why I had stopped coming here before. Today, I went inside because the drive-thru staff wouldn’t provide condiments and were rude. The cashier inside was polite, and when I asked for a side of tartar sauce, he wasn’t sure but said he found a button for it. I ordered a #1 meal with extra Big Mac sauce. They made the Big Mac but mistakenly put the tartar sauce on the sandwich instead of on the side. When my order was called, the employee just dropped the bag on the counter without any thanks or acknowledgment. Of course, the order was wrong. I explained that the tartar sauce was supposed to be on the side, but she said they can’t give out extra sauce. That wouldn’t have been a problem if she hadn’t become rude when I asked for a new sandwich. Things got unpleasant, especially when the manager, Sha, responded with a smart mouth over a simple mistake. The cashier might not have known better, but all they had to do was remake the sandwich politely. Instead, her attitude led to me cursing at her. I got a refund and told her where she could put the sandwich. I won’t be coming back. This manager clearly needs customer service training. I’m sure McDonald’s University wouldn’t approve of the poor service this location has clearly mastered."

"I wasn 't going to write a review, but I 'm still irritated at the service. I waited in line. Silence. Another car pulled up in the other lane and had their order taken right away. Fine, mistakes happen. But then I order and pull up. It 's 10pm, No one is at the window, so I pull up. I 'm already at the next window and Then this lady starts screaming at me leaning out the cashier window I said 1st window! . Then She comes up there to get my payment and just starts lecturing me I said first window. You should have waited, blah blah . I 'm like look lady I waited you weren 't there so I pulled up. She keeps going on and on. I had to actually ask her to stop lecturing me like a child it was so ridiculous. It 's not my job to be at the window, it 's yours. Sorry you had to walk 10 extra steps? But it does not excuse your rude behavior. Be better. To the manager on duty (12/9/24), thanks for the hot fries."

"Went there for breakfast and got 3 meals. When I got my order there was 3 meals and only 2 drinks. What part of 3 meals don't they comprehend. "Don't bother ordering Sweet tea here ..... You'll get mc brown water every single time. I seriously have stopped in 8 times or more in the past 3 months. Just trying to grab a sweet tea before I go take care of my grandma with cancer. It's a long drive. I'm mama to 5, time is never on my side. So the fast drive threw is super convenient. But the sweet tea absolutely never has any sweetness and not much of a brewed tea flavor. But the McDonald's off of 26 in Lafayette IN, has absolutely perfect sweet tea evey single time. I'm so confused how some locations have amazing sweet tea and others flavorless brown water."
