"They always get orders wrong here ,they don't give napkins, straws ,or the condiments that you ask them for ,very poor management here. I always order from mobile and on my phone says breakfast ends at 10:59 am regardless of location and I ordered a from mobile at 10:00am when I got there the lady brought my order without the side of gravy,and there were no hashbrowns in the bag like I ordered, so I'm having to go inside and tell her ,she says that they quit serving breakfast and it was only 10:15am I told her that it was breakfast time when I ordered it and she got mad that she had to tell the attendant to cook 2 more hashbrowns...I mean this is your job!!! If breakfast is over at 10:59 look at your screen to tell you when this customer orders breakfast, don't steal from them just because you don't want to do your job ,even if it means someone has to cook 2 more hashbrowns, she was going to give me a leftover hashbrown and a fry !!! That's not acceptable ,and besides there was no side of gravy and she claims they poured it in the container ,normally they are not allowed to do that as they have to give you a seperate side as this is what the customer ordered....I don't know what's wrong with these people who can not or will not read people's orders.....you have one job"
