"I've been a regular at this McDonald's for quite some time and had generally positive experiences—until a young woman started working there. Since then, placing an order has become a challenge, and my overall experience has suffered. She is EXTREMELY rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. It's clear that she lacks motivation. When I asked for her name because I intended to contact corporate, she refused to provide it. However, I later found out her name is "Alli," and she has distinctive pink and purple hair, so she's hard to miss.
To my surprise, she even told me that I was no longer welcome at this McDonald's for no apparent reason. She definitely needs some serious customer service training—this has been the worst experience I've had. I truly believe this McDonald's could flourish without her presence. On a positive note, there are several wonderful staff members who excel in customer relations. One standout is a manager named Mikka, who is absolutely fantastic!"
