"Our experience at the restaurant was awful. Our server, Alex, showed a complete lack of care for our table. It took over 10 minutes for her to greet us, and when she finally did, she only asked about drink orders even though we wanted to order appetizers. After taking care of other tables first, she eventually came back to take our appetizer and main course orders. The food took a long time to arrive, as it seemed like our orders were submitted late. Alex did not check on us until it was time to ask about dessert, and took forever to bring the bill. We were disappointed by the slow and inattentive service, especially given the high prices and mediocre food quality. We do not recommend this restaurant or server, as we have never experienced such poor service in Traverse City. As a former server myself, I understand the challenges of a busy night, but it is important to communicate with your team or show some empathy towards guests to avoid ruining their dining experience."
