"I love Eegees. The food is always good. My only complaint is the fact that I always purchase extra ranch, and almost every time without fail, I get no ranch. I go through the drivethru a lot, and honestly, I'm normally so tired from work/chores, etc, that I hate the hassle of having to pull around, park, and go inside just for cups of ranch. It's not that big of a deal, I just feel like maybe you shouldn't charge extra for a condiment that your employees at this location forget to give 90% of the time."
