"Food was delicious, but the manager (James) was EXTREMELY rude to not only us as guests but the employee who accidentally entered the order wrong. He was berating the poor employee right behind the counter where the whole restaurant could hear, and came out and was rude to us as customers and argued what we wanted (a simple BLT pizza) was wrong. The girl was apologizing for her mistake and was genuinely trying to fix the mistake while the manager felt it was his place to make everyone uncomfortable and power trip everyone over a pizza. I won’t be returning as long as James is the manager."

Food was pretty good. I had their oriental chicken salad-very tasty good sized. Asked for a 2nd container of dressing was VERY disappointed when I was charged for it.

I placed my order and paid, then waited almost an hour for my pizza to go, as no one had noted that it had already been paid for. As a result, my pizza was sitting in the back, ready and waiting, for who knows how long before I decided to check on it.

I ordered from alpena a large b.L.T 2 orders of breads and a two liter this at 6:51 pm they just dropped off my order being 8:19 pm I would like a refund. I'm not satisfied but still was nice enough to give a tip. Just to find soggy lettuce and it's all cold!!! View menu

While on vacation and passing through the area, I decided to stop by this restaurant after not having a Mancinos grinder in years. I was not disappointed! It was even better than I remembered! I treated myself to the Italian grinder, and it was delicious! Yum, I can't get enough!

Best pizza! Worst Salads! The salads are made up mostly of the ribs of lettuce. I'm guessing they use the good part of the lettuce for their grinders and such, and use the scrap ribs for salad. I've tried their salads numerous times thinking each time that I just happen to get a bad one the last time, but it never gets better. I'll order pizza, but no more salads.
