"This place used to be great, but it’s not anymore. I came to get a pick up order, I stood upfront for 10 minutes before anyone greeted or asked if I need help. It was not busy, otherwise I would’ve understood. Then when someone finally came up, she was scrolling on her phone while talking to me. After I told her I had a pick up order, I then waited another 5 minutes for it to be brought out to me. I got home and looked at my food. I had ordered a large chicken Alfredo, but the size I received looked like their regular portion. I had bought a large before, and it was served in a much larger container with a bigger portion. I’m not sure if they have changed this recently. As I was continuing to look at the food, I had ordered and paid for extra sauce, and it looks like there is none. And there was also a hair in my food. I tried to call the restaurant to see if I can get this issue fixed. I called 7 times, and no one picked up. I couldn’t even leave a message because there was no voicemail set up. I’m so disappointed because I really did enjoy the food here. I don’t wanna waste money for expensive food I can’t even eat. I’m going to try and call again tomorrow.Edit: I called again the next day, and got a full refund for my food. The manager who helped me was nice and apologetic."
