"So the major thing that sets this place out from other FiDi sandwich shops is that they bake their rolls fresh in-house in the morning. Though I'd recommend sticking with the cold cuts, like pastrami, since the in-house cooked meats, like chicken and gyros, were just ok. Pastrami Extreme: Got this on a freshly baked sesame roll, which was an amazing pairing. The salty pastrami cold cuts and bacon with the creamy avocado are just great against the soft roll. It's warmed, but thankfully the amazing bread is not panini-ized, so you can really appreciate that it was made in-house that morning. Artichoke Hearts Chicken: Got this on a French roll, which had a crustier top than the sesame roll, but was still very fluffy. The chicken itself was little dry, like over-grilled earlier in the day then reheated. The toppings were nice though with tangy artichoke hearts and red peppers. This would actually have been amazing with moist cold cut turkey instead. Lamb Gyro Wrap: The gyro meat was in thicker squares that seemed griddled to order, so don't expect any long thin slices from a spit. The wrap was nicely pressed in a panini so it was a neat toasted rectangle with no leakage. Which is an amazing feat since there was a lot of nice yogurt sauce instead. It was decent, but places that specialize in gyros and cook them on a spit are better. Macaroni Salad: Got this as my side since I'm not a fan of boring greens. Had a tangy mayo flavor with refreshing small bits of raw carrot and celery."
