"They messed up our order, forgetting some toppings that were supposed to be included. When I inquired about it, the staff member seemed clueless and had to check the menu to see what should have been on our pizza. The toppings we did receive were very sparse, and to top it off, the pizza was essentially uncut. We had to grab a plastic knife to cut the slices ourselves, which was frustrating.
Overall, the pizza just isn't what it used to be. We also ordered cheese bread, which came out 15 minutes after our pizza and was completely burnt. It had been overcooked to the point that the cheese had almost disintegrated, which is a far cry from how it used to be. Perhaps some people might like it that way, but this has been our experience on multiple occasions recently. We're unsure when, or if, we'll return. Wishing them the best of luck."
