"They messed up our order, forgetting some toppings that were supposed to be included. When I inquired about it, the staff member seemed clueless and had to check the menu to see what should have been on our pizza. The toppings we did receive were very sparse, and to top it off, the pizza was essentially uncut. We had to grab a plastic knife to cut the slices ourselves, which was frustrating. Overall, the pizza just isn't what it used to be. We also ordered cheese bread, which came out 15 minutes after our pizza and was completely burnt. It had been overcooked to the point that the cheese had almost disintegrated, which is a far cry from how it used to be. Perhaps some people might like it that way, but this has been our experience on multiple occasions recently. We're unsure when, or if, we'll return. Wishing them the best of luck."

Great service and food. Waitress at the providence UT location brought us a complimentary dessert pizza and apologized for the wait even though we only waited like ten minutes. Some of the best pizza we’ve had and cool staff.

Went last night. It’s a regular favorite lunch stop, but we decided to come in the evening and use our discount in the cache valley savings card. Excellent pizza as always, super friendly staff, and fun environment. It’s still on the pricey side for pizza, but it far exceeds my expectations.

I ordered a pizza with split toppings because I couldn't choose between the two, and it was fantastic! The toppings were evenly and generously distributed, making it delicious. I also loved that the buffalo wings were dry seasoned, so they weren't overly saucy, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be returning for more! View menu

I was a little sketched out by the reviews but remembered loving this restaurant in a different city. Took the chance and was worth it. I have gone a couple times and pizza was fast, employees were super friendly! Not to mention the several pizzas we had were all great flavor! We did ask for extra sauce on the pepperoni and the knob hill. Gold rush and knob hill were our favs. Place was empty on a Monday holiday, I was surprised. If I could change anything it would be the music. Think 2010-ish pop.

Pier 49 was great. Their food was delicious, the service was great, and they have a pretty amazing interior. They have some booths that look like the San Francisco row houses off Full House. Lights across the interior and it is nice and peaceful. The pizza we got were two personal pizzas. The toppings were generous and they had lots to choose from. I got pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms and Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. My friend got ham and sausage with normal tomato sauce on his. I will definitely go back here and give them more business!
