I know some people get turned off by the place because they feel like it's a biker Hangout I know some of the security staff there and you're totally safe I've never seen a fight there actually I am sure it's happened because I don't spend everyday there. "this was our third time eating here last year or so and every time eating was delicious. the burgers are so filled that I learned to cut it only in half. the sauces for the frits and tweeper rings are delicious. last time we share a sunglass and wish we had another person who helps us! this time we got a milkshake and it was the perfect amount to also split. the customer service was great every time we came. lunch is great because there is no waiting time. we came to dinner and it was an hour waiting because the facility is not very large. delicious."

"Not many places where you can have great service conversation with the staff the food is awesome. I had Double Trouble meal plus a virgin Pina Colada that the waitress custom made for me. Kids meals are perfect size as well. My oldest (whose 10) often complains about the scanty meals restaurants often have the littles...he was silent, ha! Also, I'm a family man with 4 kids and elbow room is essential for us; this place has plenty. Can't wait to return and try something"

"Okay, so we have ordered Gallos several times and ordered different things from the menu. Many critics are dead over various menu items they have received from here less than expected. We had subs, fried mushrooms, garlic and cheese bread and, of course, pizza. I have to say that many of the things we have got have been shortages, but NOT the PIZZA!! We love the pizza and never had a bad one from Gallos. Here's THE PIZZA!! Every pizza we ordered from Gallos was absolutely phenomenal! We tried other pizza places in Rochester, but when we found Gallos, we stopped looking for pizza. If you want to get a pizza, Gallo is the place. If you're looking for subs, and pages, maybe not so much. This place has the absolutely best pizza in Rochester!"

"My new favorite place! My son works at Dunkin Donuts across the parking lot and he had me try it and it didn't disappoint. I'm a picky eater and don't like restaurants cheesesteak, but their cheesesteak is out of this world among many other options. You feel so welcomed and I love how the restaurant is run by a family. I love going in and seeing the kids run the register, they do such a good job and are always polite and kind. I haven't had one bad experience. The food is so good that they could charge alot more, but they don't, they make sure its affordable for all. Thank you, La Trattoria staff, keep doing an awesome job. "I usually drive up at 8 to 10 o'clock. Almost every time I go, it's the same workers who are in the tiny restaurant. I would like to say there is a worker I could belive what people used to call a woman, but fear to cause any negative feed back to say something different than hired, but (if it is identifiable appropriate) she was so friendly and attentive to ensure that the order is correct, hot and fresh. I do not try to insult or arrest, but I did not notice the names of the employees so that the only wise as I can describe ln9q without insulting. but big workers probably mid to early twentieth by 5’2 tall. great work, next time I will make sure that I look at the name sign"

"I was so hungry that I forgot to take photos. The wings were delicious. I used to live in Buffalo and trained on the wings at the Anchor Bar and Duffs, so I know my wings. They were very meaty. I ordered them medium, but they were on the milder side. I'm not a huge fan of spicy food, but I think their hot would be considered a normal medium. The waffle fries were tasty, but I got them dusted in BBQ rub which was actually too salty for my taste. I recommend trying the garlic parm fries instead. My daughter had them and thought they were fantastic."

"The wings at this restaurant are both delicious and unique. They are smoked and then fried to perfection. I personally enjoy trying different sauces, so I ordered a side, but honestly, you might not even need them. The side salad I got was fresh and quite large—almost like a meal on its own. The bread pudding did not disappoint either; it was fantastic. While it was a bit loud due to trivia night, everyone seemed to be having a great time. Plus, there are pool tables available. I definitely recommend this place!"

"[Review from a year ago, dated Sun 25-Sep-2022] The fries were absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try! The mozzarella sticks were okay, but we couldn't help but wonder why they were even on the menu. The portion sizes felt a bit off, possibly due to some miscalculations from Pearl High School. Unfortunately, my order was spoiled by an excessive amount of mayo, which made it look quite unappetizing. Thankfully, the fries managed to redeem the meal."

"I always enjoy visiting this restaurant, but my experiences are quite disappointing whenever Sabrita, or whatever her name is, is our waitress. The other day, we approached the only available booth in the dining area, which was dirty. We didn't mind waiting for it to be cleaned, so I told my husband that we could sit there. However, the waitress came over, collected the cups and ticket left on the table, handed us her rag, and told us we could clean the table ourselves before walking away. It was clear she didn't want to assist us from the start. Thankfully, Nick came over and he was fantastic! This isn't the first time I've encountered Sabrita’s rude and unhelpful demeanor. She really shouldn’t be in customer service if she can't maintain a positive attitude."

"Eating is good as expected. customer service, not so much. brandy must have a hard day. she was not pleasant, got our order wrong and then overload us for something sauce. she told us it was 65 and accuses us $1.05 when we asked for our acknowledgement, she gave us a random entry with a fee for 15 cash. we paid a card. all the time. If you don't like your job, you should get one more. update: thanks for coming out. I would like a better customer service because this is an important part of the return customers. I take decent customer service about convenience. I don’t know if they own the rally’s on north limestone, but my experience was always great."

"Do not go late night because the food isn't the best I took my dad friend a lil sister there and they got Buford sandwiches, I got a chicken ranch sandwich but mine was so fried it tasted like trying to eat a leather belt and aggravated my bad tooth so bad that I had to get meds for it next day. Day shift crews are alot better here then the night shift crew . Usually this is my preferred Rallys location in the area but will no.longer come here after 8pm to deal with the late night crew why I have two stars in it now"

"At 8:00 PM, I returned inside, and Grier handed me the same wings I had initially complained about. I eat these wings at least three times a week, so I know what they should look and taste like. Grier insisted that the wings were supposed to look and smell burnt and claimed that I was the only customer with a complaint that day. When I asked for them to be recooked, he refused and laughed at my concerns. I asked for a refund, but he denied my request, stating he would only fry them again. I explained that I had issues with the fried wings, but he brushed me off, insisting that was all he could do. When I mentioned calling the police due to his dismissive attitude, he laughed again and sarcastically told me to let him know when they arrived. Overall, my experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing."
