"Okay, so we have ordered Gallos several times and ordered different things from the menu. Many critics are dead over various menu items they have received from here less than expected. We had subs, fried mushrooms, garlic and cheese bread and, of course, pizza. I have to say that many of the things we have got have been shortages, but NOT the PIZZA!! We love the pizza and never had a bad one from Gallos. Here's THE PIZZA!! Every pizza we ordered from Gallos was absolutely phenomenal! We tried other pizza places in Rochester, but when we found Gallos, we stopped looking for pizza. If you want to get a pizza, Gallo is the place. If you're looking for subs, and pages, maybe not so much. This place has the absolutely best pizza in Rochester!"

Tasty sweet/sour sauce.. crispy crust... spicy pepperoni... I almost always get a great pizza. It's sometimes hard to get through on busy nights; and I have received cold pizzas a couple of times, but it's rare.

I Ordered wings from there once a week consistently for over a year... girl tried to charge me additional 4 dollars for extra sauce when I just asked for the wings to be wet and not dried out due to extra crispy temp. LOL. I even called and tried to talk the owner but got put on hold for 5 min LOL. Lost a loyal customer due to bad service.
