"aht aht! find another pizza place. I ordered a cheese Sicilian pizza and a Greek salad. the pizza crust was burned to a dark crack. When I went to the test, it was crispy like hard brezels and it was cold. I had hoped to satisfy my hunger with the Greek salate I bought, and that was also terribly thrown together. the one sharp pfeffer that they put in it tastes as if it is soaked in a kind of poisonous chemical, the egg looked like a large lump feta cheese, had no egg yolk and was not cut, but pulled apart. the dressing taste as if she oil from her frit and mix it with white table. I spoke to someone under the name bruno to tell him how disappointed I was and he was so ignorant and nonchalant. I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. oh and to supplement injuries, bruno has ordered the place. on its own risk."

"The food is always fresh and delicious. Everything is delicious and fresh..Don’t believe anyone that says the food was not right because they are lying. Those people is just picky. I have been getting their food for over 15 years and I know it’s longer than and have no complaints. They have a pizza that is soo huge and all their sizes you get big slices of pizza. They only take cash but its ok. The club sandwich is huge with enough bacon(everything is soo fresh). This place is definitely 10 stars five is too low for them. The people are soo nice always believe me. I will always come here. I had to do a review because I saw a bad one."

"I Ordered from this place all the time food is good and be somewhat warm still. But the last time I ordered THEY KEPT TELLING ME THE FOOD IS ON IT WAY. "I called to place a delivery order, only to be told that they don’t deliver to my location, which is just 1.5 miles away. If you don't deliver that far, then why do you drop off menus at my door? "I've been going to Gold's Pizza for over three years, as I work nearby and love their meat lover calzone. However, I ordered one tonight and after eating about half of it, I felt sick because it was so greasy. I called to let them know, and the staff offered me a $2 discount on my next order. Given that the calzone costs $13 on its own, that seems pretty inadequate as a resolution. What can I really do with just $2?"

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The customer service was poor; they didn’t follow instructions and didn’t check the orders properly. There are no refunds, no apologies, and no efforts to make up for any mistakes. I visited three times, and each experience was worse than the last. The first time, my cheese was missing; the second time, my fries were mixed with two different cheeses; and on my third visit, while I finally received the correct fries, there was still no soda and no refund offered. My husband and I have decided not to return. This place on Ogontz is a letdown."

"Unfortunately, this restaurant deserves 1 star. We love the food, but the management is horrible. EVERY time we have ordered, there has been an issue. The first time, we went to pick it up for a party and were told they accidentally gave it away to someone else. We had to wait around 15 minutes and were given a free garlic knot coupon as compensation. We weren't too upset that time because they were nice. However, the next time we ordered the same thing happened. We went, and our order was nowhere to be found. The next time we ordered, they got our order wrong. We ordered garlic knots and got a meat pizza slice instead. The last time we ordered, we ordered an hour and a half ahead for a party of 20 people. We ordered 4 pizzas. When they got there, we were told they accidentally burned one pizza. We asked for the other 3 in the mean time since we had 20 people waiting. They told us no, which lead us to believe that the pizza was not burned but instead was either never made or given out to the wrong person again. We were then told that they would make it and deliver it for free, since we are literally walking distance away. Somehow this took 45 minutes. I was on the phone with the manager and all they could offer me was we don't know what happened and we'll take good care of you next time A mistake once is one thing, but every time is just careless. We definitely will not be ordering from here again."

The Stromboli was completely raw. the dough was not cooked at all literally as if was just heated in the microwave. He was upset because I had bite into it it to find out it was raw so he said I can’t get a refund this is not ok you don’t talk to people like they are dogs this is establishment which should be understanding of customers reactions and concerns regarding their hard work money going waste. "Ordered a large steak and cheese and a large seafood salad, fries and mozzarella sticks. The steak and cheese tastes like taco meat from the seasoning they use.The seafood salad was loaded with mayo too much). The fries were soggy and have that goss coating on them typical frozen every day fries . The mozzarella sticks are as everyone else's and the marinara was watery and plain. When called I spoke to a woman she handed the phone off to another gentleman in wich i explained to the guy my issues and then proceeded to hang up the phone. I was not rude to them in any way !! So needless to say , I will never buy food from.this establishment again and you shouldn't either esp when it's the same as most places , but there is no love in their food . Be aware of this Establishment and the horrible customer service.. don't waste your money or expect if your disasstisfied they will compensate for this garbage food."

"Loved this cute little restaurant! Kinda like a hidden gem in the Middleton area. The atmosphere was very nice, may have been a little small but not cramped or uncomfortable. The food was amazing, one of the best Italian dishes in the area. The cocktails were both well-made and had a good amount of alcohol, not too much or too little. My favorite was the gelato, it was perfectly smooth and the flavor was great! My husband and I plan to come back again, might even bring some family with us!"

"Ordered for delivery while staying at a hotel in the area. Paid a total of $41. Ordered: fried shrimp basket with fries $14 wasted) cheddar bacon fries about $5) a $5 meal of chicken fingers, fries and a can of soda. How was it $41? Beyond me Anyway, took a 40 minute wait. And upon opening our bag that had everything we ordered, it was almost ALL wrong. cheddar fries with no bacon shrimp basket?? Little tiny nuggets of fried substance that was so small I thought it was just a box of fries. And for that price??? chicken finger meal would 've been okay. But the delivery guy forgot our soda. Immediately called the place back. Person insisted they got the order right and hung up on me. Called again and explained the situation again, they just sent the driver back with my soda. Tried talking to the manager over the phone and the person working suddenly played the I don 't speak english card. Will be calling my bank and cancelling my info today. My total shouldn 't have been any where near $37 or $41 with delivery tip) especially with such terrible food and customer service. SAVE YOURSELF, and please DO NOT order from here."

"Great local pizza place with a huge menu. We had two sheet pizzas for $38.75... that's the best deal around. Pizza was delicious, fresh ingredients and hot. Owners and staff were super friendly and even took the time to talk and give out a few goodies to a 3 yr old on the group. I'm definitely need to try some other items on their menu, lots of salads, quesadillas, hot and cold subs. Lots of specials that do t require a coupon. Check them out."

"My son orders from this restaurant regularly, but we've had a few issues. One time, his pizza came with hot sauce, which was unexpected. The fried chicken is overcooked and not great. The food used to be fantastic, but lately, when we order a combo, we often don’t receive the drinks. Additionally, when a female staff member takes our orders, we tend to get charged more for the same items. Because of these problems, we've decided to change where we order from. On a positive note, the burgers are quite good. This used to be my favorite spot for pizza, but after the hot sauce incident, we've stopped ordering it altogether. Even our neighbors have started ordering from here since they see how frequently we used to order. The gentleman who usually takes our orders is always nice, but I’m hesitant to trust them with pizza again, especially since I once thought they had the best pizza in town."
