"I'm a 68-year-old man and was out for a bike ride. it was pretty hot! I had started with a plastic water bottle that immediately fell from the holder. I was pretty thirsty, not dehydrated or something. I thought I'd ask the person who works there if I could have a little cup of water. I was told that this could not be, I asked why and was said it was against social policy. I was occasionally with the grandchildren and never thought twice about spending my money.
