"Today my family and I went to McDonald’s for breakfast and let me tell you. It was awful. They were giving people food that ordered after us, we waited for 40 45 minutes for three biscuits, there was a manager literally yelling at customers, when we did get our order they didn’t give us our sweet teas so we had to wait even longer, the ice coffee we had that was supposed to be vanilla was just cream and coffee and tastes awful, and my sister found A HAIR in her food because they don’t wear hair nets and one of the managers had long black hair that wasn’t up. It was so bad I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a one."

"It's really just a McDonald's. You know what to expect unless this is your first time to one (as it was for me years ago). For those who have not yet seen you can expect: 1. Hit and miss how fast the service is (usually better if it is not during lunch and dinner rush 2. Offers and value menus are the most economical things to order. Other things you can find everywhere. 3. Slate as necessary drive thrus. This was one of the few places that served as an option in the post COVID world. That's it."

"Spent worth on food last night after work, was missing a ten piece nugget. Respectfully told them I was missing one show them the receipt and my bag. Man in the window proceeded to lean in close to me and tell me I’m lying because he put them in the bag, got upset when I showed the bag. I just wanted the nuggets I paid for my guy it wasn’t that serious."

"The women working at this McDonald's were amazing! All three greeted me with smiles. The first woman and I chatted about a great song playing on the radio. The second woman mentioned she was a big coffee drinker and made the perfect cup for me. The third woman was also very kind. It was a fantastic way to start my Friday at 9 am! Kudos to the employees here, especially compared to the lazy staff at the Sanford McDonald's in Maine. Keep up the excellent customer service, ladies!"

"This is your typical McDonald's, recently renovated. An employee has to open the bathroom door for you, which can be a bit frustrating, but given the challenging situation with homeless encampments around Anchorage, I understand the precaution. The service was good, and the staff seemed cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying happy meals!"

"So my husband and I placed an order on the App this morning for 6 sausage biscuits and Hashbrowns. We paid the order in full. Once my husband arrived they tell him the payment didn't go through. So, he tried 3 different cards and they tell him all cards are declined. Now my husband had just used one of the cards at Walmart before arriving to get the food. I guests either him or the Manager suggested he just pay cash so he did.Now he calls me and tells me something is wrong with the cards they are not working.II checked the balance on all cards and they were more than enough money to cover the food. Secondly, I saw the charges for the App pulled from our bank account. He tells the manager this information and she tells him just to disputes the charge instead of retung our money. I think they are taking the cash for themselves."

"Went here around 2009-2012 when I was a child. Inside was nice and clean but going through the drive through was terrible. Ordered 2 cheese burgers plain and got everything on it. Was never given a replacement because the staff didn't want to. As acurrent Manager at a McDonalds in a different state, that experience was not anywhere near the Golden Standard which everyemployee and manager needs to have every shift for customers to feel welcome, good service, so they can come back again. Mighttry this McDonalds again if I ever come back to Alaska."

"I wanted to get a smoothie for my friend... got the wrong taste.... I mentioned it did not see the correct color and asked if they were sure that it was the taste I ordered. I was sure it was the mango, whatever combo smoothie... I took it to her work and was informed that it was bananas... trying to take it back and be treated as if I were trying to pull a quick... I had my receipt and an unspoiled drink... just finished 2 more.... provided they looked like the same (banana) that I had before...again was guaranteed that it was mango...again, it wasn't....these drinks are not cheap...the quick pulled on whom here."

"I was there to use the restroom before I took my breakfast order. I called the store if the lobby's restroom was open because I really need to use it. The person on the phone conversation said yes, the restaurant's restrooms are open. I walked into the restaurant and asked the cashier for restroom assistance because they're locked. The man that was on the cashier floor said ok and for me to wait. I waited patiently for 5 minutes for the restroom accommodation. After the man that was on the cashier floor was done with his chores, he looked straight at me again and said what do I need help with again. I left the store at this point because this restaurant has no respect for people who needs to use the restroom and I assume that's probably where their customer service skills are too. Please hire respectful people to work at this place. Thanks."

"They refuse to call out orders for Dashers when they're ready. How hard is it to just read out the number after it's bagged? Then they get irritated when you have to call over one of the workers to ask for it. Multiple times I've just been waiting in front of the counter minutes just to find out its been ready this whole time sitting on a rack, that's making their customers wait and end up with cold food and easily costing Dashers money by missing out on other deliveries while waiting. Only have this issue with this McDonald's, the other two are always on top of it."

"The lobby is never open, which is frustrating since not everyone has a car. It's within walking distance from my home, but I'm unable to go because my car is out of commission. I've never had an issue with the food; my only complaint is the lobby access. They were very helpful with the McDonald's app when my car was running, but I’m disappointed that the lobby remains closed. I understand it's winter, but it would be nice to be able to dine in."
