"The lobby is never open, which is frustrating since not everyone has a car. It's within walking distance from my home, but I'm unable to go because my car is out of commission. I've never had an issue with the food; my only complaint is the lobby access. They were very helpful with the McDonald's app when my car was running, but I’m disappointed that the lobby remains closed. I understand it's winter, but it would be nice to be able to dine in."

I found it quite puzzling when I arrived in the middle of the workday to find the front lobby entrance locked. Three employees informed me that they were closed due to a staff shortage, yet in the background, I noticed three more employees near the window. The only time I've been able to get service during working hours (8 AM to 5 PM) was when a young man named Dang kindly took my order in person.
