"The food was excellent and prepared fresh to order, which is impressive considering we're quite particular about what we eat. However, the drive-thru employee was not very friendly, and the speaker was really unclear, making it hard to hear what she was saying. This seemed to frustrate her, resulting in a less-than-pleasant response. We asked for silverware, but it was still left out of our order, and we didn’t receive any straws for the sodas either. It was definitely frustrating, and we ended up having to turn around and go back to get them!"
