"My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic! The friendly manager at the counter was incredibly nice. They accidentally made my pizza wrong and had to remake it, which took a bit longer than expected. Not only did they ensure everything was done correctly instead of just serving it as it was, but they also generously gave us free wings and a drink to make up for the wait. The customer service was top-notch! I will definitely return, as we also enjoyed their wings and pizza."

The pizza isn't of the highest quality, but it serves its purpose. It's a bit greasy, and the cheese tends to slide off, but the crust is thick. However, you get what you pay for, as it's under $14 for a large party pizza with two toppings.

My first visit to this restaurant was fantastic! The friendly manager at the counter was incredibly nice. They accidentally made my pizza wrong and had to remake it, which took a bit longer than expected. Not only did they ensure everything was done correctly instead of just serving it as it was, but they also generously gave us free wings and a drink to make up for the wait. The customer service was top-notch! I will definitely return, as we also enjoyed their wings and pizza.

"To say that the service was terrible is an understatement. Went there around 1 hour before their closing time, wanting to dine in. Nobody met me at the door and I was looking for anyone to talk to. After I was finally approached by one of the staff while standing by the front desk I immediately made it known that was my first time at their place and asked for any recommendations. After picking a dish I liked while still standing by the front desk and not even being offered to sit I payed around 34 which I found too much but still added a tip. I was told to wait for 15 minutes which I did. At the end they brought my food packed in a bag to take out. I was confused and told them that I didn’t ask for a take out and wanted to dine in, to what they got aggressively disrespectful telling me that their dining in is closed. I was trying to explain that I mentioned the fact that I am a first timer and didn’t know anything about their work regulations to what I was told in an extremely disrespectful manner that I should have known that “anywhere in America” when you order food by the counter that means you take it out. I didn’t have anything else to say but that they are extremely rude and this is not the way they should treat their customers. They gave me the worst experience. "Always friendly and nice. Relaxed nice atmosphere. Sports on TV. Really like the onion rings, grill cheese,soup( sometimes we come here just for soup and a drink) chicken gyro definitely worth trying. Any beef. Nice place. Don't bother going to any typical fast food place. Food here is hot and freshly made. The size of the fries are pretty big. Parking: Parking lot just for their restaurant. All free. Lots of spots. Kid-friendliness: Always friendly to my kids and faimly Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Single doors but still not a proble. Tables that you can wheel the chair up to so you can stay in your chair. Parking spots by yhe door."

"After reading the reviews, I wasn't aware that you had to order inside before picking up your food at the window. However, the gentleman at the counter let me order at the window without mentioning the usual process at all. The Chicago dog "dragged through the garden," topped with vinaigrette cucumbers, was absolutely delicious! The fries were just how I like them—thick and crispy. Even the Coke had the perfect balance of syrup and carbonation. I felt great supporting this local spot over Portillo's down the street. It's important to keep our mom-and-pop food stands thriving; they really add to the charm of the Chicago suburbs!"

"After making my payment, I drove home with my order and should have been wary when I pulled out the sundae; it was in a plastic container that was a struggle to open! This clearly wasn't freshly scooped ice cream drizzled with warm caramel and fudge; it was obviously pre-packaged. Even though that thought nagged at me, I decided to give it a try, despite realizing that I could have gotten toppings at Tony's for much less than the $10 I paid for this sundae—yes, $10 for one turtle sundae! I tasted the whipped cream first, but it had no flavor whatsoever, so I pushed it aside. The ice cream, caramel, and fudge were all frozen solid, like a brick. Normally, when you get ice cream topped with hot fudge and caramel, the heat should start to melt the ice cream by the time you get home, but not in this case! Everything was still rock hard. It was clear that the entire container—ice cream, fudge, caramel, and whipped cream—had been sitting pre-packaged in a freezer. When I took a spoonful of the ice cream with solidified caramel, I was disappointed to find that the caramel had a gritty, waxy texture. I could actually feel this unpleasant, waxy grit on my lips, teeth, and tongue! Having been around long enough, I recognize that this is what happens to sugary syrups when they age or are frozen for too long. It was utterly disgusting, and I cannot recommend this place! This is what happens to businesses that have been around for a while but have lost interest in maintaining the quality of their food."

"Everything here was pretty good. Our server was kind of busy so we did have to wait here and there, but she was attentive. I appreciated the glass barriers between the booths. And the food was also pretty good. But nothing blew us away. I definitely think it's a very good four out of five star restaurant"
