"We settled at a table and placed our drink and food orders. While waiting, I observed the kitchen staff preparing the food, and I was appalled by several things. Firstly, the cooks were not wearing hairnets or gloves while handling the food. Perhaps it wasn't a requirement, but I noticed they didn't wash their hands after touching their hair or clothes, which they used to wipe their hands.
One item I ordered was mozzarella sticks, and I watched as an older woman brought out a handful of them, unwrapped, and held them against her shirt. When she went to put them in the fryer, she dropped one on the floor. Instead of discarding it, she picked it up and tossed it right into the fryer! The only reason that particular stick didn't end up on my plate was that the entire batch ended up overcooked.
After we received our meals, another waitress came to refill our drinks, but her pitcher was empty. She assured me she would return with more, yet I watched her walk in and out several times without bringing the refill. Eventually, our original waitress (who only checked on us a few times during our visit) appeared, and I had to ask for my much-awaited drink. It took her quite a while to bring it over.
We waited nearly 45 minutes for our food, and we still didn't receive everything we ordered. Our waitress failed to return to check on us, so we couldn't address the issue.
In short, we won't be coming back to this place. I was thoroughly disappointed by the cleanliness, the staff, and the overall hygiene of the establishment."
