"I recently dined at Volare, and I must say, what a memorable experience! As someone who’s new to the area but well-versed in customer service and Italian cuisine, I was thoroughly impressed.
We arrived 20 minutes early for our 9:45 reservation and were warmly welcomed by the hostess. She offered us a choice between a low or high table and, noticing that my date and I were looking for a cozy atmosphere, suggested the low table for a quieter dining experience. We happily agreed.
Our server, Jason, was fantastic. Despite being young, he clearly understood the importance of making guests feel comfortable. He frequently checked on us, ensuring we never felt neglected or had to seek him out. His recommendations for appetizers, main courses, and desserts were spot-on.
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Chris, who was very personable and respectful. His warm demeanor made us feel valued and acknowledged.
Now, let’s talk about the bartender, Gianna. She was amazing! Even though the bar was busy, she took her time crafting excellent martinis. Wow, they packed quite a punch! I loved every sip.
My date and I left feeling full, happy, and even more romantically connected. This isn’t a high-end luxury bistro; it’s a cozy restaurant where everyone is made to feel at home. I will definitely recommend Volare to others!
